Extra funny: Cruz has promised to "repeal every word of Obamacare."

I'm not quite sure why because he signed up for it.

So did his wife.

They're both on it. :-)

Hmmm, I wonder who is going to get more from Goldman Sachs this election cycle, Clinton or Cruz. Since his wife is on leave from GS and his whining about New Yorkers' special value system is irritating, I predict the money will flow to Clinton for better or worse.

I guess life in the senate isn't a bed of roses if they need ACA coverage. Many politicians do roomsharing in DC to cut down on expenses.

Cruz could talk to his wife about going back to work at the Houston Goldman Sachs branch to bring in some cash, koff koff, for the benefit of the company's investors of course. I am laughing just thinking whether some of HRC's $600,000 contributions from Goldman Sachs could be tied to Mrs. Cruz. At least she had enough foresight to go on leave in advance of the $5 billion judgement announced last week. Well timed.

Does the Ben Carson saga prove or disprove your mangled Cube quote?

What went wrong with the concept of 'earning'?

Ask the system where workers are producing more yet earning less. But I'm just getting in the way of your rant about lazy people, so I'll step aside. Please continue telling us how raising the minimum wage in line with inflation is just some kind of entitlement.

Moreover, the Republican party must be destroyed.

So because they may have a different opinion of how things should go, they must be eliminated. Imagine if a GOP supporter said that, you would be up in arms and falling on the fainting couch with the vapors.

Clinton holds a commanding lead over Sanders with the black vote.

There have been numerous polls that show Blacks and Hispanics would vote for Trump in numbers that Romney couldn't get. Don't believe the media hype. Many (notice I said not all) Blacks feel that the Dems and Hillary have done them wrong too many times, and don't want to vote for her.

The minimum wage was meant to be entry level for the workforce. After you prove yourself to be a promotable candidate the wage increases. Unskilled, uneducated or unmotivated workers get what they deserve. Making a career in minimum wage jobs is the problem. It's entry level skills and entry level wage.

This said many federal and municipal workers should be minimum wage, some are entirely useless. I've been in fast food lines where I saw some hard working employees, pleasant and courteous as well, some of them. They certainly deserved better.

Central to that strategy: shoring up her standing with African-American voters who helped make Obama the first black president

Clinton holds a commanding lead over Sanders with the black vote. Thus far, Sanders has made little progress in closing that lead. Sanders needs to do that to win the nomination. In states like South Carolina, blacks make up nearly half of the democratic base.

So, this is a good move on Clinton's part/

Moreover, the Republican party must be destroyed.

I can almost hear the skin shedding as she slithers and coils around Obama's feet.

Honestly though, Hillary will never win IMO. She tries to over-think/strategize everything, and it's especially obvious when she gets desperate, as in this case. She sees some polls in Iowa going to Sanders. Average voters might not be able to fully wrap their heads around the details of the issues, but one thing is for sure, they can tell when it does, and doesn't come from the heart. Hillary will never have the true passion about the issues as Sanders does. To Hillary, it's all about winning and power, and not about the people. The same came be said about Trump(winning and power), but he is not disguising this, as Hillary tries to do.

Clinton holds a commanding lead over Sanders with the black vote.

But she still has overall a problem when it comes to her trustworthiness, generally speaking and is seen as a part of the Washington establishment.

Thus far, Sanders has made little progress in closing that lead. Sanders needs to do that to win the nomination. In states like South Carolina, blacks make up nearly half of the democratic base.

You're talking about a 14 point lead plus or minus which isn't a huge lead at all. Sanders is closing in and closing in fast and it would be an absolute shocker if Sanders pulled away from her and snagged the nomination, then that would be twice Clinton would be denied the nomination.....again.

So, this is a good move on Clinton's part/

She definitely needs all the luck she can muster and then some.

Moreover, the Republican party must be destroyed.

You gonna throw in the Democratic party in as well? I say, we both throw them in and nuke 'em!

Clinton holds a commanding lead over Sanders with the black vote.

Does it matter? The Black vote traditionally gravitates to the democratic candidates. What did Ice-Cube once say? "I wish I get love again, cause blacks are too **ckin' broke to be Republicans."

I haven't crunched the numbers, but I'm sure MOST Blacks will not be voting for Carson. Especially the voters in South-Central LA, Chicago, Baltimore and Ferguson Missouri.
