Another contribution to American democracy courtesy of Trumpworld. And particularly Trump himself, the petulant man child who can’t accept defeat.
bass4funk
Whatever the lame liberal excuse it doesn’t give a liberals the right to harass anyone.
plasticmonkey
The harassment is coming from MAGA people who have been fed the big lie. Read the story. And many others like it.
bass4funk
That wasn’t the point. The left can’t go around abusing workers and staff at a workplace for any reason whatsoever.
plasticmonkey
Your point has nothing to do with the story. You are just attempting a whataboutism.
SuperLib
All over a lie.
bass4funk
No, I’m just stating that whatever political beliefs or gripes you may have it doesn’t give anyone the right to harass someone on the workforce.
SimondB
That wasn’t the point. The left can’t go around abusing workers and staff at a workplace for any reason whatsoever.
But trying to overturn an election, committing numerous crimes along the way - That's fine with you?
bass4funk
That wasn’t the point I was making. Put politics aside for a moment, I get it, the left needs to try and sieze the moment it’s July now and only 4 months away from impending doom, but regardless of what happens, no worker should be harassed, ever.

The cult of Trump, which includes the Proud Boys, Oath Keepers, 3 Percenters, and other violent domestic terrorist groups continue to pose a threat to our nation...
And Trump keeps inciting them to more violence with his now clearly debunked claims of massive voter fraud....
The Jan 6th hearings have shown that Trump knew he lost, yet keep up the masquerade to fleece his supporters out of $250 million...
But that won't last much longer - WH Counsel Pat Cipollone testified today under oath - and he no doubt expanded on his statement made last Jan when he said; “We're Going to Get Charged of Every Crime Imaginable" ...
The indictments are already typed out....
bass4funk
Whether you are Trump supporter or a hater, no one should be harassed.
No, it’s to say the obvious and to call out the hypocrisy of very fast dwindling TDS that occupies the lefts heads.
That’s your opinion sadly.
I’m always happy and eager to engage any and everyone
No, I’m saying, one side (usually the left) can’t scream all day and vent rage towards Trump supporters because when it’s the opposite it’s always pure silence.
Harry_Gatto
You can't get any more American than that.
Bob Fosse
This is why religion should never influence government. Sure are a lot of confused ‘Christians’ out there and it’s scary that they want to tell others how to live.
Desert Tortoise
This is why I swore off religion entirely. It is and has been used for centuries as a justification for the worst forms of bigotry and violence imaginable. I never really understood this clearly until reading the writings of James Madison, John Adams and Thomas Paine. What is scary to me are the Carmelite Catholics who preach that individual liberty is "rebellion against God" or some evangelical protestants who teach that leaders are chosen for them by jesus and that voting them out is rebellion against jesus. The foundations of the American experiment, namely unalienable rights of man, governments deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed and the people themselves choosing (chusing if you want to use a period correct spelling) their leaders in competitive elections are conflated by religious conservatives as against god. I have heard this sort of teaching and it is scary.

In that instant between college and moving to Asia, I volunteered to staff an election site, mostly so that I could see my neighbors. It was more pleasant than I had expected. I suppose it still is in most places. Few things exist more valuable to American culture.
bass4funk
Liberals have been going after this guy for 6 years and no one but the haters are listening to the excess noise, it’s the lefts arguments that with each passing day are proving themselves to be irrelevant.
Bob Fosse
Any thoughts on the article you are commenting under?
”I’ve already addressed that, let’s get back to liberals and November”
bass4funk
I did. You have both sides of the political field that have been and probably some might get harassed and it’s all wrong. Other than that not much you ca do other than condemn it.
plasticmonkey
No, not both sides. This issue is about election officials and poll workers getting death threats. It’s all coming from the right, all with its genesis in Trump’s lie.
Wrong again. There is something to do about it. Trump and his opportunistic henchpeople can stop spreading falsehoods about election fraud—that they themselves don’t even believe. Once that goes, poll workers can heave a sigh of relief.
Hercolobus
Voting is nothing more of a validation voucher for no merchandise returned policy.
once you vote, politicians use the vote as the permission to do whatever their true masters order them to do.
in the end, the left and right wings belong to the same bird.
Bob Fosse
”it’s my birthday today”
”So what!? I have birthdays too, let’s talk about my birthday”.
bass4funk
Yes, both sides. Conservatives have been getting death threats as well. This is what drives me nuts about the left, they claim the victim hood when they themselves are the most aggressive force in the country. I’m not saying you don’t have a few idiot conservatives, but liberals overwhelmingly will get violent on any occasion if things don’t go their way. Case in point: Antifa, ring any bells?
That’s one theory

Either condemn all of it or nothing.
No, there is nothing you can do other than trying to arrest people and for what reason? If you do then the Republicans will have a field day with arresting people left and right. Kavanaugh wouldn’t have to worry about anything anymore.
Sorry, but you can’t predict what people say, think or feel, that’s up to each individual.
That’ll probably happen when the left kicks their TDS to the curb.
Express sister
This article is about GOP lawmakers being threatened by Trump supporters who call them RINOs. Not harassment from the left.
Please. Just once. Read your sources. Just one time, to see what it’s like.
Bob Fosse
lol. Trying to refute an article solely about the right wing sending death threats to Republicans by providing as evidence another article solely about the right wing sending death threats to Republicans.
Oh Bass, smh.
bass4funk
Ok, so we should give libs a pass and just go bashing the right again. I get it, it’s not fun when people make fun of you and you make fun of them back.
I did
No, just calling it like it is
You don’t find it ironic that all of these world stories are pretty much one-sided politically? Now why would that be? Hmmm…
Bob Fosse
Maybe you should find one that fits your ‘narrative’ instead of providing a Rolling Stone article that you didn’t even read first.
bass4funk
It’s not about fitting my narrative. Just want libs to be consistent. They go apoplectic when conservatives attack liberals but the other way around just give them a pass
Blacklabel
Of course it is. If it was anything negative to the left, it would never be posted here as an article to comment on.
Or be allowed to be spoken about.
Bob Fosse
The paranoia is real. It’s just not fair!
Blacklabel
Much more than that.
the actual terms are liberal bias and strategic censorship.

The poll worker was so rattled by the ordeal that she said she may not return for the upcoming November election, according to Santa Fe County Clerk Katharine Clark.
Is there evidence of this "ordeal"?
Sadly, the left started the practice of approaching Republican politicians during shopping or dining with family members, and harassing them.
And recently leftist extremists were planting themselves outside the homes of Supreme Court justices to "protest".
