Clinton's e-mails reveals she's a politician. Trump's behavior reveals he's a predator.

Well, it should at least be entertaining. Hope Clinton delivers the final blow to Trump's campaign.

3 ( +5 / -2 )

Haven't even seen it yet but I'm already waiting for he SNL version.

1 ( +5 / -4 )

Hope Clinton delivers the final blow to Trump's campaign.

No... Trump has already delivered that -- to himself.

If you want a short synopsis of the Trump campaign, go to YouTube and search for "Why I suck as a salesperson" from Tommy Boy.

Clinton-Trump, Final CT scan = Crisis and Turmoil.

Clinton's e-mails reveals she's a politician

Clinton's actions reveals she's a warmonger, Wall Street stooge, Central Bankster puppet, Corporate prostitute, and a liar.

All Trump needs to do is keep asking her "Is this your private policy or your public policy?"

LOL

Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway summed up her advice to her candidate in a word: “Focus.”

Riiiiiight. Trump is terrific with focus. Nobody is better at focus than Donald. He's a big fan of focus. To wit, his take on cybersecurity:

"Well that’s it, and, you know cyber is becoming so big today. It’s becoming something that a number of years ago, a short number of years ago, wasn’t even a word. And now the cyber is so big. And, you know, you look at what they’re doing with the internet, how they’re taking recruiting people through the internet. And part of it is the psychology because so many people think they’re winning. And, you know, there’s a whole big thing. Even today’s psychology, where CNN came out with a big poll, their big poll came out today that Trump is winning. It’s good psychology.”

Look forward to more non sequiturs at tonight's debate.

good luck Hillary

Good luck America!

Let's see how many disruptions or interruptions and how many liberals will insight fighting.

I'm still trying to get my head around Trump stating that no one is better with the military than him, despite the fact he has no experience of it whatsoever.

Neither does Hillary, but she did allege she was fired upon but sniper fire or that's how she saw it, even though no one was there for miles. Lol

This will be a very interesting debate. One I will watch from my office. I have been following many polls and even the LA Times shows the race at a dead heat, which I find amazing - amazing that Trump is so close in a poll conducted by a newspaper that has endorsed Clinton. Personally I have a hard time believing Trump is that close and I think Clinton will win by a fairly good margin. She is much more capable than Mr. Trump to hold the office of the President but I still think we are in for more of the same and an expansion of the corporatacracy.

NBC news reported that pressure from the U.S. Government is what caused Assange's internet connection to be cut. This does not surprise me at all as our government would love to have the ability to censor/determine information the public is allowed to see.

http://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/u-s-urged-ecuador-act-against-assange-n669271

Sorry I have a hard time believing Assange is a willing participant in a Russian intelligence operation as the article states. It has been a while since I have believed much of what our government says (going back to around 9/11).

Approaching 60 years on this planet and I have not witnessed stranger times than we are seeing now. And now....Danney Williams coming out....geez....wild stuff!!!!

Look forward to the interesting comments after the debate.

-2 ( +2 / -4 )

Tokyo-Engr, ignore the LA Times poll. It's a bogus outlier to to the method of weighting it uses.

5 ( +5 / -0 )

@Laguna - I appreciate your comment but it is a poll from a newspaper that endorsed Clinton so I think it deserves some attention. I am not privy to the method of weighting it uses so I am just taking it at face value for now. If you have more information on that I would be curious to see it actually.

The polls are so different. How can bbc have her at 51 - 41 then cnn the other way around?

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

Clinton needs to stay on target and focus on her experience and knowledge. If she can do that and get her message across, the debate will be a success for her.

Trump needs to make sure he doesn't take a dump on the podium. If he can avoid that, the debate will be considered a success for him.

Tokyo, coincidentally, the Times just had a note regarding this today:

Ernie Tedeschi, an economist and former Treasury Department official who is adept at data analysis, looked at the issue differently. He wondered what was driving the difference between the Daybreak poll and other surveys.

He found that if he took the poll's data and weighted it differently, what had been a tie between Trump and Clinton suddenly became a Clinton lead. Indeed, his version has the poll showing her in the lead almost the entire summer and fall.

Considering the vast difference between the Time's poll and others, I'd guess he's right; the only other option is that the vast majority of US statisticians are incorrect.

I'll be watching the debate from my office as well. Better than working! :)

bass4funkOCT. 20, 2016 - 08:53AM JST Let's see how many disruptions or interruptions and how many liberals will insight fighting.

When you say "liberals" are you referring to the former Republicans who are supporting the Libertarian candidate?

1 ( +1 / -0 )

It is in line with IBD/TIPP and Rasmussen (and Daybreak) which have been among the most accurate of recent cycles, basically showing a tie. Although all these big-name forecasting models are going to be less predictive this year among other factors due to depressed Democratic turnout as well as newly registered voters who support Trump that are not being called by pollsters.

It's either a criminal or a buffoon. It looks as though the criminal has this in the bag. The media is in open endorsement of Clinton and uses the same things that her husband did (though not as bad) to distract the publics attention from her record of criminality and the drip-drip of bad news in the Wikileaks emails. Unless Hillary gets caught using the N-word - this thing is over. Looking forward to the impeachment hearings in 2018!

-1 ( +2 / -3 )

@Laguna - thanks - the poster obliqueweapons also made a good point. The polls are all over the place. This is a wild election year and as strange and disgusting as it has been it has really sucked me in. It has been thought provoking. I do not like either candidate however I do in fact recognize who is more capable of acting as our President (although I will not vote for her - nor will I vote for Trump - and this has nothing at all to do with party affiliation).

I feel that whoever takes office is going to inherit a highly destabilized world. Tensions with Russia are as high as they were with the U.S.S.R. in 1962, the middle east is a mess, and East Asia will become more challenging rather than less. I also believe that whoever wins will also inherit a U.S. economy which has been propped up by the money printing machines and it is going to be quite a challenge to manage the unwinding.

The polls are so different. How can bbc have her at 51 - 41 then cnn the other way around?

Different polling methodology. It's not an exact science. But polls don't actually matter - you can have every poll in the world saying one thing, but if the election goes the other way, the polls that said the opposite have zero bearing on the final verdict.

Polling is all nice and dandy to get an idea of how people might be thinking, but they should not be taken as anything more than that.

It's either a criminal or a buffoon. It looks as though the criminal has this in the bag.

I don't know that he does. The polls are showing her higher, and people are certainly torn between the two. She may still beat the criminal.

2 ( +4 / -2 )

I just wish that they would play eye of the tiger when the 2 come out.

2 ( +3 / -1 )

If The don can sneer less and deflect his frat boy image he might still convince folks that hilliary is a Hilliability.

-1 ( +2 / -3 )

Halfway through the debate--Hillary has been very solid, her best debating so far. Trump is starting to come apart. The more he talks, the more he exposes the charlatan he is.

And kudos to Chris Wallace. Doing a great job as a moderator.

2 ( +3 / -1 )

Clinton is clearly winning

3 ( +4 / -1 )

@Plasticmonkey - I agree Wallace is going a very good job. I think actually they are both performing better than they did in the first 2 debates. I like this format. I do not think Trump is coming apart. He is making some good points actually, especially with his suggestion that the tax structure should encourage repatriation of profits made by U.S. Corporations abroad.

This does not change my position that Ms. Clinton would still be more qualified however.

This debate is much better than the first 2 debates - perhaps due to the format.

1 ( +3 / -2 )

I actually think he's doing better than the first debate, but so is she. He's scored a few points, but she's scoring more, particularly now on the economy. He's put out a lot of rhetoric that's going to appeal to his base.

Ignore the video at your our risk, turbo. We need to take this country back,

2 ( +3 / -1 )

Trump just punted on whether he'll accept the results - "I'll look at it at the time" - and doubled down by saying that part of the way the elections are rigged is the very fact that Clinton is allowed to run. Unhinged.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

Did Trump just say that the Trump Foundation pays out 100% to charity?

That's the Super Lib! Super liberating people from their intellect with Disney Characters. If you like you're Disney Characters, you can keep you're Disney Characters.

We need to take this country back,

Back from the corporate TPP establishment bankster criminals? Hell yeah!

-5 ( +0 / -5 )

@Laguna - I think he was very honest with his answer, but I agree he gave the wrong answer. It is not a major thing (because it will not really matter in the end) but it is one of the reasons I see him being unfit. There was some pretty good evidence of vote tampering when Kennedy won (I like Kennedy by the way) and Nixon chose to respectfully congratulate Kennedy.

Not a good answer by Mr. Trump

Wallace still doing a relatively commendable job keeping things relatively on subject

-2 ( +0 / -2 )

"When she took everyone out" - "All she had to do is stay there" - Trump thinks Clinton removed American troops from Iraq.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

He just keeps talking over her, but she's doing a good job on keeping on talking regardless.

She just burned him good. After he said he agrees with Bernie, she pointed out that Bernie says trump is the most dangerous thing to happen to the country.

Hahahahahaha ha! with HILLARY???

Maybe she'll ask them 'pretty please give it back' at her next Goldman-Sachs speech.

Am not sure to understand why those shows are called "debate" ...

Trump interjects twice while Clinton is speaking about Social Security and Medicare, "Such a nasty woman!"

Trump's gonna be shredded on facts and tone. He has clearly demonstrated again his absolute unsuitability for the office.
