@rBush Cue the endless "gotcha now" comments, the same ones that were posted 6 months ago.

The US justice system has shown its flaws over the years. It's not perfect nor can it be. The wheels of justice, as the adage goes, turn slowly.

I think you and others preferring and/or coming from authoritarian systems want the US to be like Russia or China where they have political show trials that are quickly resolved, often the same day, always in favor of the dear leader or the party in power.

I want to see the truth come out. No matter how long it takes. I want an impartial judicial system based on constitutional law, not one controlled by a dear leader or the party in power.

When Trump's day is past, he will be remembered only as a freak and a fluke, a misfit of no substance who became US president by lying, colluding with Russia, and conning the worst of the worst. History will mock him, and his supporters will deny that they supported him.

There needs to be an investigation to find out if anyone in the Trump administration has ties to America.

I fear that he is just the first of many radicals holding the office. The pendulum will swing way Left in 2020.

Hillary is every bit a misfit as Trump. She has received $145 million from Russia but the elite in America haven’t any concerns over it. Just imagine if Trump had a foundation that pulled in such vast amounts from Russia? Remember, the foundation money is used by the Clinton’s to fund their lavish lifestyle of private jets, five star hotels, and gourmet meals.

There is not yet any proof of money moving back and forth between the Kremlin and Trumps presidential campaign. There is evidence of money changing hands with the Clinton’s campaign and the DNC to fund the Russian intelligence in the infamous dossier.

There was definitely Russian interference in the 2016 election- just ask Fusion GPS

That will be the lefts interpretation, no big deal, it could have been any Republican in the White House it really wouldn't have mattered, it's just this guy doesn't take crap from the entrenched establishment, he will be definitely remembered for that.

Yeah, as I recall, there were two other presidents on the other political aisle that drew the same analysis.

There needs to be an investigation to find out if anyone in the Trump administration has ties to America.

There is, but be careful what you wish for, because from the looks and how it's morphing, the left might bite off way more than they can chew.

Titles of these type speculative articles always say “can” or “could” then give us multiple reasons why it probably isn’t. Nothing has changed except the Roy Moore smear campaign has failed for now and LaVar Ball is enjoying Thanksgiving so need something “new” for the 5th time.

Liberals keep salivating over a big nothing burger,

I had no idea Mueller is a liberal. I also had no idea an investigation into a former national security advisor should be treated by a responsible press as a nothing burger. Are we to throw all our trust in the intelligence community out the window because a populist clown president says so?

it's just this guy doesn't take crap from the entrenched establishment, he will be definitely remembered for that.

No. Trump is objectively and demonstrably a nincompoop, a fraud, and a deranged egomaniac who ended up in the White House as a fluke. As a liberal, I never leveled that accusation against any former GOP president. My suspicion is that a good many Trump supporters agree with my analysis of Trump in their brain of brains, but to admit so at this point would only implicate them in the charade. That would be too shameful to face, so they continue to play the 'deep state', 'Washington establishment', 'liberal media' conspiracy game. And the 'whaddabout' game.

"we can agree to quit wasting time"--suit yourself, you are tied with CrazyJoe for multiple posts on this story, and by word count it seems you've spent longer on it than him. Just think how much time you will use sharing your opinions about every new Mueller development between now and Christmas. Holiday bonus overtime?

I like how just prior to this Trump declared he would not pay Flynn's lawyer bills. Guess in part at least that's more incentive to nail Trump the wall.

bass4funk: " it could have been any Republican in the White House it really wouldn't have mattered, it's just this guy doesn't take crap from the entrenched establishment, he will be definitely remembered for that."

No, he'll be remembered as a freak, and I guarantee you'll do another 180 (360 total) to calling him a lunatic again, who destroyed your party and made the US the laughing stock of the world. And that's not the "left's interpretation of things", it's the world's, including more than half of Republicans. But hey, he and Roy Moore can comfort each other and maybe go prowl for teens.

Just want to caution that in all your joy of “Flynn is gonna flip” (for the 5th time) gotta remember it’s not like Fusion GPS, the dossier, uranium 1 or any of those Congress sex things have gone away or anything....
