Whether he sided and helped one group or thought aside, he did serve us and in his own way "interpreted" the ultimate laws of the state, theConstitution to keep the USA going. He did give it an idealistic and scientific scope to the interpretation which will affect us for many generations to come. The benefits and detriments only the passage of time will tell. However, the added perspectives gave us a better understanding of how the Constitution may be interpreted and how much that can affect our lives, from education, politics, religion, health, safety to economics.

Horrible, horrible Supreme Court justice. Supported the termination of healthy children and systemic racism in the form of affirmative action. Very callous and inhumane - the world was better off when he retired from the court.
