Israel, the only democracy in the Middle East, will not stand down against state sponsored terrorism, and has the right to self-defense.

The majority of the Palestinians living in Israel are at peace with the Jewish people. Different stories on the oppressed West Bank and Gaza Strip.
1,890,000 Palestinian citizens of Israel, comprising about 20.95% of the total Israeli population. Though Palestinian citizens of Israel can vote and participate in political life, they face a web of institutionalized discrimination and exclusion. 17% are Muslims and the rest are others.

The simple reality is that the majority of the legal population of the part of Palestine presently called Israel is Palestinian (and that includes a lot of Jews who had their Palestinian identity erased by the Israeli regime) and the regime's denial of that is an internationally recognized Crime Against Humanity (see the ICSPCA)
Which means that the language in the article about Iran would be better suited here than there (where ALL the population are recognized as citizens with the right to live, work, and vote in their country, rather than being denied all those fundamental rights)

Wallace, the 'majority of nonWhites' living as citizens in the White State in South Africa were 'at peace' with Whites. Glossing over the fact that the majority of the ACTUAL population was denied all fundamental rights by taking the regime's refusal of citizenship on racist grounds to the majority as legitimate was how people justified supporting that regime and its crimes against humanity too.
