Sad. Some of 'em will have to go home to their families-- empty handed and in a box. Time for Foxconn to act, not just project an appearance of transparency.

Chinese = African slaves of the 21st century.

I can't say that I trust China, but then again I can't say that I trust the media, either. Did any of the 10 people leave a suicide note? Did any of them express to friends and family that the working conditions were destroying their lives? It seems that if it was work related that there would be at least some evidence that that was the cause, but the article makes no mention of it.

And the last guy....he worked there for a month? Seems like a bit of a short run to really link it to the company.

The World Health Organization said that in 1999, China’s suicide rate for men was 13 per 100,000 people, while the rate for women was 14.8.

With 300,000 employees Foxconn's suicide rate is well under the average Chinese rate.

Hardly. These worker are not being treated well, but you might want to do some research on the trans-Atlantic slave trade before you make another asinine comment like this.

Sounds like a great movie script already.
