Master, only a sociopath would want these leaders

You think so, Yrral?

Watch normal Europeans after this winter of freezing and skipping meals.

A politician like Franco or Pinochet will start looking pretty good if they believe they'll protect their children.

the beginning of a great correction is underway.

even the French have had enough of the globalists.

Someone is coming that will have the leftists praying for the halcyon days of someone like Marine Le Pen or Donald Trump.

And it will be 100% their fault.

After the Democrat control total power in the US,we will have another trillion dollars stimulus in America

Unrest is going to be come more common around the world as the cost of living continues to go up. Major central bank policies coupled with crazy spending is exporting this problem to the world.

Nonsense. No inflation at all in Russia.

But a survey by Elabe pollsters for BFM TV showed only 39% of the public backed Tuesday'

Yes, the strike is pushed by unions in the transportation and oil refineries who have the power to block a whole country.

The majority does not support it

The UK postal system will be a mess throughout November with strikes, rail workers are planning more, whilst NHS staff and teachers will be next.

Having the discredited NHS hatchet man Jeremy Hunt back in government is enough for most health workers to plan for the picket lines.

Governments have broken the globalised economic model for political gain, when they simply needed to make it fairer. You break something like that, there are consequences.

Blame Covid, China and Russia all you want, we know who it is our own governments that are shafting us.

We all know why this is happening in France and practically all other European countries, including Germany and UK. This is the result of insane sanctions and money leaving Europe and pouring into a pointless war prompted by a country on the other side of the Atlantic and who are sitting safely at a distance while they relish selling fuel to Europe at 4 times Russian prices. When will other people wake up to the fact that their governments are selling them out and putting American interests before their own people. America, please fight your own wars.

Should have voted for Le Pen.

She will win next time. And its going to be very interesting to see how Europe copes with it. No doubt she will dial back anything remotely controversial, just like the new Italian PM will do. They all fold against Brussels eventually. There is no sovereignty in Europe.

Should have voted for Le Pen.

No sympathy if you voted for another macaroon. France is a failed society.

Wonder what must happen in Japan to trigger a similar strike here.

I mean, they stroke for couple of millions of Yen when Abe's funeral being organized. But for a nationwide (or global) issue and demand salary increase, good luck expecting anything from them.

one question.

why friend from USA selling gas to EU 4times or their price in USA?can you call this a "friendship"?

Expecting humanitarian help from US is madness. They would never sell gas cheap to EU. They are the greediest of all. But hey, they are the ones that claimed "Greed is Good".

Those sanctions are really hurting.... European consumers.

-6 ( +4 / -10 )

Great way to protest inflation - by striking, thereby further lowering supply.

Actually Germany is even more of a basket case. The IMF expects them to have the wekaest economy in the G7 next year and they face a severe recession this winter.

@eastm its time to think!again!

I agree, good question: why have the globe's establishment, government and private, kept economies so dependent on burning huge amounts of non-renewable fossil fuels, further damaging all forms of life, and allowed a handful of oil producing nations, to have so much control. It's long passed time to think again about how to generate power, then develop and implement alternatives to burning so much oil and gas.

The French elite love to mock Britain and pretend that we're some kind of basket-case. It's all sour grapes, of course, because we left the EU and left them to the tender mercies of the Germans. It seems no one has been paying much attention to the meltdown of France, which will become very obvious quite soon.

My Japanese beer prices have not increased by much.

4 ( +7 / -3 )

Did you see the price of beer here in Japan?! I don't mind if everything else rises in prices, but even the less expensive beer is about two times as much as they were just a few months ago! Strike! ;-))

well so here we are.

antirussian sanctions "works" but not in favour or UA or EU or even F.

one question.

why friend from USA selling gas to EU 4times or their price in USA?can you call this a "friendship"?

just wondering.

there is a lot of oil available,a lot of gas available,a lot of grain available and there suppose to be no electricity shortage at all-to make things normal again all you need is to start to act in name of your national interests and not in interests of USA,scrap antirussian sanctions, restart north stream 1 and 2 than push UA and RU to negotiate about peace.this is not any "high science" at all.just common sense unless EU politicians are not completely out of mind.

its time to think!again!
