Hmmmm.... Hey Mr President, could this have been done by some of those "angry mobs" you say are "tearing down our statues, erasing our history, indoctrinating our children or trampling on our freedoms?"\

Yep. Pretty safe observation.

You know, those mobs waving Confederate flags and wearing red MAGA hats?

No. Black hoodies, face masks, and BLM posters are the uniform.

As if the virus pandemia is not enough, now this statue-tearing madness.

What to black Americans is the fourth of July? A holiday celebrating freedom. A day to reflect on what they can do to better their own community, without asking for handouts and reparations. A day to promise to end the blight of one parent families, to raise young men with fathers in the house, to promise not to sell each other poison or shoot each other. None of these ideas require anything more than a backbone and some willpower.

"What To The Slave Is The Fourth of July?"

Who is a slave now? and why did liberals tear down his statue on 4th of July?

Even the professional victim Kaepernick enjoyed the 4th of July back in 2011. Twitter posts are forever, kids.

In Rochester on July 5, 1852, Douglass gave the speech “What to the Slave is the Fourth of July,” in which he called the celebration of liberty a sham in a nation that enslaves and oppresses its Black citizens.

This speech is recommended reading for anyone who wants to have an honest discussion regarding race relations and seek to gain an understanding from the perspective of a Black American.

Recommended reading also for those with the opinion that Black Americans are traitors when taking a knee at the singing of the National Anthem to protest unjustified police killing of Black men or peacefully protesting to denounce the racial disparities in the areas of economics, education, health care and justice.

The July 5, 1852 speech delivered by Frederick Douglass is titled "What To The Slave Is The Fourth of July?"

When reading the speech today, also consider the many horrific events in this country that negatively impacted Black Americans between 1852 and today and the speech could be added to and titled: What to Black Americans in 2020 is the Fourth of July?

it was an anti-racism "protest" going on at the time the Heg statue was removed, as reported by the media.

So yes, it was liberals.

Anti-racism protesters mistakenly topple statue of US anti-slavery leader Heg

A statue of one of America's fiercest anti-slavery activists has been decapitated and dragged into a lake after being wrongly targeted by anti-racism protesters during a night of violence in the country's Midwest.

no, just the same people who dont know what statues they are even tearing down. this isnt the first or last time this has or will happen by mobs of white Antifa.

Just like the supposed "white supremacist" who ran over the virtuous white lesbian BLM protester in the middle of the street ended up being a Black immigrant. so the media now focuses on his "luxury car".

A statue of abolitionist Frederick Douglass was ripped from its base in Rochester on the anniversary of one of his most famous speeches, delivered in that city in 1852.
