People need to realize you can exercise at home. Running isn't the only form of exercise. You can try yoga, aerobics, dancing. Do some 'Just dance' or have a look at all the Youtube videos available: Jordon Yeoh Fitness really got me in shape during quarantine. Dumbells, burpees, press-ups, stretching, use your imagination.

Running in a big park in the UK is not a risk-people get out in the fresh air!

totally agree! HIT calisthenics are a great place to start. No equipment needed in many cases!
