Have fond memories of firing a 9mm Glock 17 on my first day at the shooting range many years ago.
It was quite easy to load and fire, and could see young girls also finding it lightweight and easy to use. And inspite of it being light there still was not too much of recoil, a problem otherwise for the lighter handguns.
