Germany expels Russian diplomats in probe of Berlin killing

Spies and agitators abroad.

There is no excuse for agents of another state to be carrying out assassinations on foreign soil.

Russia, China and America interference and skulduggery is not appreciated.

In this case it does look as though a known terrorist was taken out by the Russian authorities. The agency would probably not have been so clumsy back in Putin's time there.
