The attack on Germans seems to be motivated by frustration at the lack of legal procedure and stonewalling by the authorities in Germany.

The doctor seems to be angry at the duplicity of the German government with regards to the treatment of migrants fleeing from repressive Islamic regimes.

What does that have to do with the Islam community being at odds and pushing against their Christian host nation? Stay on point.
