Germany presents long-awaited strategy on China as a rival and partner

Germany finally takes the true measure of the CCP and its malevolent intent in world matters.

One could say “about damn time!”, but I’ll stick with “welcome to the hard reality of the 21st century.”

The CCP does not share our values or any commitment to a rules-based world order. Its intent is to free ride the system that the West created until such a time that it perceives itself strong enough to burn that order to the ground and establish an authorization China-dominated system in its place.
