They are totally against Putin.

you do know he has over 80% popularity?

unfortunately, Nazism is steadily on the rise in Europe. Le Pen, Italy, Germany, Denmark, others, most of Eastern Europe…and Russia, for example.

it is purely a reaction to immigration, media manipulation, COVID-19 measures and effects, rising poverty, corruption and class polarization.

Everyone knows that there are far more nazi sympathizers in Russia than in Ukraine.

First time I have ever heard that story. The Russians memorialize the "Great Patriotic War" as they call WWII and very much vilify the nazis, at least that is what I have long known going back to my Cold War era studies of them. Their great battles in that war are memorialized every year.

Unless he can convince his people that the killer was a non-Russian 'Nazi' then it's not going to work

The article mentions the shooter graduated from that very same school, so the Putin regime will not be able to pin this tragedy on Ukrainian "nazis".

No “everyone” does not know this.

My mistake; you don't know, because it's inconvenient for you know.

ite actually called manipulation when people say this word pattern- specifically psychological projection with some gaslighting thrown in.

Everyone know the election wasn't stolen.

What is worrisome is that defending Nazism and fascism is becoming mainstream.

People will defend this vile, hateful ideology openly without any consequences!!!

Sounds like Russia should focus on their own Neo-Nazis.

Terrible, terrible....it's always the children....

I hope this is not some false-flag op by Putin to gin up more support for his debacle of a war in Ukraine....

Remember, he bombed his own apartment buildings in Moscow and blamed it on the Chechens...

I wouldn't put it past him to try a stunt like that. As for the school kids, being 'educated' to respect and worship a 'leader' is no education at all.

Stuck between a rock and a hard place. Very sad.

Unless he can convince his people that the killer was a non-Russian 'Nazi' then it's not going to work. Everyone knows that there are far more nazi sympathizers in Russia than in Ukraine. Even his people know that, they live amongst them and are some of Putin's most loyal supporters. Putin courts them.

At this point, I'm not sure that even Vlad's most loyal bootlickers believes that the war has anything to do with nazis. His supporters here have given up mentioning it due to it having become impossible to maintain. That lie has served it purpose, they've moved on to NATO and referendums.

Sad, but it does appear that Russia has found the Nazis they claimed were in Ukraine back home. Perhaps Ukraine should invade Russia to put down the neo-Nazi movement there?

Killing children is cowardly.

Total Misinformation, You guys have to think about the situation going on in Russia the people are TOTALLY Against the mobilization of young men being call to war. They are totally against Putin. Putin is an ex KGB agent he is brilliant at creating madness. Now think about it his entire reason to go into Russia was to fight the "Nazi" he claim is a threat. How do you get support and get the country to get angry to support you he did what he does best creating this situation at all cost by having a gun man " dressed in a Swastika-wearing going into a Russian school killing 13 kids when you say kids this get to everyone's hard. Personally I think this is nothing but a Putin ploy to get the country support for the war. This guy has killed close associates and he has no heart to spare anyone to save his own soul.

Fightoo,Fascist Nationalist ,Nazi are cut from the same cloth, knowing Putin ,he say the perpetrator was Ukrainian

Rest in Peace to the poor innocent people.

Sadly when one knows about fascist Russia - and the prevalence of neo-Nazis there - this is not surprising. The Wagner Group, for example, is an openly Nazi military group in fascist Russia with very big influence and favoured by Mini-me Putin. It is not inconceivable that this rogue Neo-nazi was a member or ex-member of such a nazi group.

Regardless of Politics - the Death of a Child is Terrible for those Families involved. My Heart goes out to them.

Do not Politicize this event.

Similar events happen Globally.

If there's anything that can be done, consider providing support to the Families involved.

Frankly, I wonder why it has been reported here at all. It's not exactly an event of global relevance, unless it does indeed get exploited for political purposes (although I'd say that, as PR opportunities go, this is small fry and hardly worth the effort)

I wonder if these domestic terror attacks will ramp up as Putin becomes more committed to this conflict with Ukraine.

Sad horrific attack.

Russia has seen several school shootings in recent years.

In May 2021, a teenage gunman killed seven children and two adults in the city of Kazan. In April 2022, an armed man killed two children and a teacher at a kindergarten in the central Ulyanovsk region before committing suicide.

People more disillusioned

RIP victims

A shocking attack on a School by a Russian Nazi in Russia. Killing Children, teachers and two guards.

A rare event in Russia. A more frequent happening by Russian Nazi's in Ukraine.

Condolences to families of the deceased. Children everywhere deserve the chance at having a life and children of their own some day.
