The lower courts are fraught with leftism therefore any conservative will never get a fair hearig.

This election fraud was going to the Supreme Court anyway because of the left's corruption.

I guess I read a different article.

Yeah. Seems legit.

Clearly all those trump appointed judges had a secret agenda as Marxist Socialists and were just biding their time for a chance to throw out a trump case.

Boy, they sure fooled him.

9 ( +14 / -5 )

trump appointed judges had a secret agenda as Marxist Socialists and were just biding their time for a chance to throw out a trump case.

It's calculated, by Trump. He hired those right wing but really lefty leaners on purpose. They're quite ambidextrous, those binarians.

Trump's been leaning a little left, these days...saying he'll leave the WH, actually knowing the electoral vote will go against him, instead of refusing to leave.

He'd never say that if he were a true righty...he's coming out with his admiration for the left. He only played right to be president. He'll flop back to the left, as soon as it behooves him.

6 ( +10 / -4 )

Still, as Haaa Nemui already mentioned, this article isn’t about the election. The only possible relevance will be as a litmus test for whether the trump appointments will follow his lead or will they be impartial.

His supporters are hanging onto the hope that the SC will back the current President and will remain Republican next year.

When the SC throws out an election related case they’ll tell us how happy they are that the court will stay Republican.

If the Democrats get the Georgia seats they’ll have to think of another reason to tell us how happy they are to be winning so much.

I love the smell of nonsense in the morning. Does this mean you're opposed to a census count or not?

Nothing but a clear, obvious attempt to circumvent the will of the people and our core democratic principles...

Repubs know their older, white base is slowly dying off - and they are making no headway with young people or immigrants, so they try to gerrymander the map so they can remain in power...

It's typical fascist, authoritarian stuff - something that is now a core principle of the Repub party in the age of Trump...

Cheat, steal, lie...today's Repub Party - who admire Putin more than they do Reagan...

3 ( +7 / -4 )

I don't think that even the originalist justices will go with him here. The Constitution is pretty clear,

Section 2 of the 14th Amendment amended Article I, Section 2 to include that the "respective Numbers" of the "several States" will be determined by "counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed.

Nothing about citizens, documented immigrants, "persons".

This is an obvious attempt to disenfranchise states with more in-documented immigrants. It has no basis in Constitutional Law.

Cheat, steal, lie...today's Repub Party - who admire Putin more than they do Reagan...

Gosh, do we have to choose?

The party may well split or at least, lose a lot of supporters if/when Trump sets up his MAGA party. This may actually be a good thing, as it will ensure neither the rancid GOP nor a possible fringe far right/conspiracy theory party will govern the US.

Am not certain where Biden will take the country, but it has to be a better place (at least psychologically) post-45.

Seriously doubt it.

This may actually be a good thing, as it will ensure neither the rancid GOP nor a possible fringe far right/conspiracy theory party will govern the US.

As of matter of fact, you couldn’t be more wrong and because of what happened in this election, you have 70+ million people that are ticked off and when you see in California a liberal socialist one party stronghold start to flip Dem seats as well as Dems losing big in the house and the GOP none, this is 2010 all over again.

Like Biden winning was "never going to happen"?

when you see in California a liberal socialist one party

There is no such thing in the US.

Downhill

After the criminal, murderous, lying 45 - there is only uphill.

9 ( +12 / -3 )

Like Biden winning was "never going to happen"?

But technology changed that.

There is no such thing in the US.

Yes, I’m from California, it’s a one party state.

After the criminal, murderous, lying 45

Not the way Dems did, half the nation disagrees not to mention if that were true, he’d be in prison as for what, no one knows, but leave it to liberals to think of something. Lol

-13 ( +2 / -15 )

Am not certain where Biden will take the country,

Downhill

Trump, like Bush 2, has left an appalling mess behind him.

Republican presidents cannot be trusted with the economy. They leave it in the toilet after going nuts with the credit card.

At least you can now go back to being a fiscal conservative and talk about how debt will cripple the nation and rob the younger generation.

8 ( +11 / -3 )

Not the way Dems did, half the nation disagrees not to mention if that were true,

You need constant reminding that trump voters are not half the nation. It’s simple mathematics.

3 ( +6 / -3 )

But technology changed that.

Nope, the voters decided that they weren't going to stand for 4 years of lies and corruption. They didn't believe the nonsense that the "radical left" were going to take control.

I mean, did you read the link you posted? Gray says that the "radical left" have been "cast aside" and that Biden and co. are Centerists - a description I've applied to the Dems all along. Something which Trump flip floppers here dismissed.

Not the way Dems did, half the nation disagrees not to mention if that were true, he’d be in prison as for what, no one knows,

Sigh. Every single thread. 260 thousand dead because of lies, downplaying despite knowing the lethal potential of the virus, fake cures being touted, holding super spreader events and telling people to go out and celebrate/gather in religious halls and buildings, despite the escalation of the dangers.

but leave it to liberals to think of something

Ah, the signal. Once more: You'd have to ask a liberal, I'm not one.

Lol

Laughing at the dead and dying isn't a great look, and it gets uglier each time it's trotted out.

6 ( +8 / -2 )

There is no evidence, of any type of large scale voter fraud - zip, nada, nil, none.

The continued claims of fraud is evidence of cognitive impairment, substance abuse, and or psychological instability. Most likely, it's some combination thereof.

Trump preys on the xenophobic, the gullible, the aggrieved, and the uneducated in order to further his own interests. He cares not one fig about them - in fact he loathes his own base in private. They are a means to and end; nothing more.

5 ( +7 / -2 )

California counties have never been 100% democrat.

True, but our voices have been drowned out for years since it’s a one party ruled dictorisl state.

The California democrats won 42 seats and the republicans 10.

Yup exactly.

-13 ( +1 / -14 )

There are 250 million voters. Voter turnout was 67%. Half the nation would be about 165 million people. Trump won 71 million votes. Not even a majority of the nation.

Well, we just know now fully.

I know figures for republicans are not important

Liberals are the absolute last people to talk about numbers. ROFL

-13 ( +2 / -15 )

The MSMDS is strong with this one. ^

5 ( +7 / -2 )

True, but our voices have been drowned out for years

Voices like George Deukmejian and Pete Wilson? Too loud. But you did get centerist Republican Arnie...

since it’s a one party ruled dictorisl state.

Whatever that means, it's clearly not, as you can see from a brief glance of the list of Governors - California has switched from Dem to Repub many times.

3 ( +5 / -2 )

Ok, that’s what you believe 70+ don’t and no matter what the media TV or print try to say, censor

There was no voter fraud, apart from 45 trying his best to disenfranchise voters and make spurious claims about the mail vote.

or bloke will change that.

Which bloke?

I guess AOC and the squad and Bernie didn’t get that message.

Let me get this straight - you're disagreeing with the link you posted or you actually want the names above to be in Goverment?

he can either govern as a centrist and lose vast support of the Marxists and socialist radicals

But you've previously dismissed him as a centrist, yet you posted the link which says he is a centrist. Personally, I'd be well chuffed if he embraced the radical route but according to your link, that's out of the question.

what else do liberals want?

Ah, the signal again. I can't answer that question, as I'm not a liberal. But I assume people want a President who doesn't lie about a pandemic and tell them to go out en masse, during a spike in infections. Or one who doesn't play golf during such a crisis.

7 ( +8 / -1 )

Biden would call for squat and he’s in a pickle of his own, he can either govern as a centrist and lose vast support of the Marxists and socialist radicals

All presidents have to take different wings of the party into account.

Trump could have governed as a decent human being and lost the support of the deplorables ( Birthers, QAnon loons, the KKK etc. ).

While Trump turned out a very impressive number of voters, he mobilized even more against him. Bad strategy in the end.

Now he’s going to be in a pickle with the courts as a regular citizen.

You keep telling us that ‘Dems’ are worried. Every thread. It’s projection and fooling no one. If anything they seem relieved and hopeful.

4 ( +6 / -2 )

You keep telling us that ‘Dems’ are worried. Every thread. It’s projection and fooling no one. If anything they seem relieved and hopeful.

They are and this is why and this is once again the msm downplaying and not informing the public of actual news that can impact their lives.

There are right now as we speak“eight races” that haven’t been officially called, and the margin by which the Republican is leading:

California’s 21st Congressional District; 98% reported:

Republican David Valadao: 50.5%

Democrat TJ Cox (incumbent): 49.5%

California’s 25th Congressional District; 98% reported:

Republican Mike Garcia (incumbent): 50.06%

Democrat Christy Smith: 49.94%

Iowa’s 2nd Congressional District; 89% reported:

Republican Mariannette Miller-Meeks: 196,880 votes

Democrat Rita Hart: 196,841 votes

New York’s 1st Congressional District; 77% reported:

Republican Lee Zeldin (incumbent): 61.3%

Democrat Nancy Goroff: 38.7%

New York’s 2nd Congressional District; 84% reported:

Republican Andrew Garbarino: 56.4%

Democrat Jackie Gordon: 42.6%

New York’s 11th Congressional District; 85% reported:

Republican Nicole Malliotakis: 57.9%

Democrat Max Rose (incumbent): 42.1%

New York’s 22nd Congressional District; 92% reported:

Republican Claudia Tenney: 50.4%

Democrat Anthony Brindisi (incumbent): 47.4%

New York’s 24th Congressional District; 92% reported:

Republican John Katko (incumbent): 57.4%

Democrat Dana Balter: 38.9%

While these races are still undeclared by the media, John Katko, Jackie Gordon, and Max Rose have all conceded their races, and Mike Garcia has declared victory in his.

The media just won’t report this.

Democrats now have the slimmest majority in the House since two centuries ago. Of 27 House races that the Cook Political Report listed as “toss-ups,” Republicans won every single one. Republicans also won 7 of 36 seats.

Man Joe Biden is older than dirt. What's even accomplished?

A spokesman for the Biden campaign didn't respond to an email inquiry.

You don't say? Better get used to it.

“The Biden administration will have to see what kind of damage the Trump administration left reapportionment and determine whether an accurate head count, including all persons regardless of citizenship, can be used,”

What a crock a bull crap. With all the illegals the Biden Harris administration is going to let in. How is getting a dead on accurate census done properly going to ever martialize?

-11 ( +2 / -13 )

How would the government know? It was not one of the questions. If I remember right it was name, date of birth, sex and race.

-6 ( +1 / -7 )

Of course anyone who isn’t a citizen and does not have the right to vote should not be counted in apportioning representation in Congress. The Constitution says nothing about granting illegal aliens representation.

-5 ( +3 / -8 )

‘You keep telling us that ‘Dems’ are worried....

They are and this is why...

The election is over, Trump lost. But, since we’re talking numbers, consider the Republicans have lost the popular vote in 4 of the past 5 elections, managing to scrape out wins through a gerrymandered electoral college. Rather than broaden the tent, they are focusing their efforts on voter suppression. As minorities, which overwhelmingly vote Dem gradually outnumber white voters in population, expected to occur around 2035 or so, this becomes an existential threat to the GOP. Just a thought, but perhaps you should focus a little more on the problems the GOP faces, rather than giving advice to the side which won the popular vote by 6 million votes, and the electoral college 306 to 232.

etc.

Where are you getting all this stuff, and why? Who do you think can be bothered to pay much attention? Do you really have nothing better to do with your free time than be an online bore?

5 ( +7 / -2 )

Where are you getting all this stuff, and why?

Just saying what’s going on in the US in my former State and being from California, I have watched it go from a sprawling paradise to a dump, except for Orange County and San Diego County.

Who do you think can be bothered to pay much attention?

Conservatives in California.

-6 ( +2 / -8 )

The Constitution says nothing about granting illegal aliens representation.

Precisely. I think Graham Deshazo answered this eloquently above.

That besides, do remember we are talking about population numbers here. Not the right to vote.

Illegals are not voting as Republicans have repeatedly tried to prove.

4 ( +6 / -2 )

Trump took many socialist policies in his term adding $7 trillion to the national debt.

Biden would be projected to add $37 trillion, watch the msm stay silent on these astonishing record projected increases, but according to liberals who’s counting, a billion here and a billion there....just more printed money

-9 ( +1 / -10 )

Illegals are not voting as Republicans have repeatedly tried to prove.

Good one. ROFL No one believes that, but what we do know for a fact is as long as Democrats oppose voter ID illegals will continue to vote, now as far as how widespread it is, we just won’t know, but to absolutely put it to rest that they don’t, we need voltier IDs and that will stop any suspicion or allegation. Until then, liberals can try and say whatever they want, no one will believe them. You need IDs for everything else, but voting, let’s make an exception.

-9 ( +1 / -10 )

No one believes that, but what we do know for a fact is as long as Democrats oppose voter ID illegals will continue to vote

So prove it. Tell it to the judge.

Oh wait, you can’t.

3 ( +6 / -3 )

With all the illegals the Biden Harris administration is going to let in. How is getting a dead on accurate census done properly going to ever martialize?

Well, if they do decide to count non-documented immigrants we all know where they can start; Bedminster, Mar-A-Lago, Westchester, Trump Tower....

https://www.nydailynews.com/news/politics/ny-undocumented-trump-workers-paid-taxes-20200930-xjak5swyq5hjnnuop5cu7ipal4-story.html

Some of them even paid income tax, unlike their employer...
