She would be a great president. Well, much better than any of the right-wing gunslingers that control Congress at present, who are literally frothing at the mouth to get into the White House to find other excuses to start needless wars to make their pals more money.

I'm not an American, but a Republican victory would be a major step back for America, as we would see a move away from human values, gay marriage outlawed and creationism brought into schools to appease their deluded Bible-bashing friends (it's scary to see that so many Americans believe in such fairy stories and seriously believe that the 'Rapture' will happen in our lifetimes). It's to keep these people voting that they keep starting wars, as these loony people seriously believe that the wars will result in Armageddon.

Hilary is the best choice of a rotten bunch, but I think that she's fairly open minded and is unlikely to allow America to mess the world up even further, as it would with a Republican win. Good luck Hilary, you're going to need it!

What have we got in the race so far? Two nutjobs and Hillary. It's like trying to choose between a belly punch, a punch to the kidneys or a slap to the face. Personally, I'm going to vote for whichever candidate is less likely to have used the phrase, "end times" or "sayeth the Lord" in a stump speech.

8 ( +9 / -1 )

Just FYI: She hasn't had double digit leads since February and is currently trailing in key swing states

Lizz -- "Just FYI", absolutely wrong. Here is the CNN headline:

Poll: Hillary Clinton still tops in 2016.

But, go ahead and prove me wrong. Specfically, what are these swing states you are talking about, and who is she trailing?

6 ( +8 / -2 )

America needs a president that understands economics and will do what's right for American citizens.

5 ( +6 / -1 )

Hillary voted for the wars and is the hand maiden for Wall Street.

Then why do Republicans hate her? Besides all of the made-up stuff about Benghazi.

3 ( +7 / -4 )

Wolfpack: Hillary is tired and old but since she is female and a Lefty the media will back her as their best bet to retain the White House

C'mon, do you really believe this?

3 ( +3 / -0 )

The media has and will continue to bash the republicans whoever they are. Count on that. Seen it in the past and they are only more confident they sway popular opinion.

If they didn't give ammo with which to bash, they couldn't be bashed. They lie in the bed they make.

3 ( +3 / -0 )

On the subject of "Benghazi" and the House Republican's embarrassing attempts to make political hay against Obama/Clinton out of the incident, this is an excellent article from The New Yorker that clearly illustrates how morally decrepit House Speaker Boehner and his Republican cohorts have become...

http://www.newyorker.com/news/daily-comment/ronald-reagans-benghazi

Here's a good quote from it...

If you compare the costs of the Reagan Administration's serial security lapses in Beirut to the costs of Benghazi, it's clear what has really deteriorated in the intervening three decades. It's not the security of American government personnel working abroad. It's the behavior of American congressmen at home.

3 ( +3 / -0 )

She is unlikely to win.

some14some -- really? Based on what do you make that statement. She currently has double-digit leads over all the likely Republican candidates in polling. What do you know that they don't?

2 ( +11 / -9 )

Americans have seen the GOP-Tea prosecute private wars with disastrous results.

Ignoring the consequences and blaming everyone but themselves the GOP-Tea continues in their history of marauding hatred for the ordinary American. Their corruptions infest the soul of their megalomania spending blood and treasure to seal the dark history of their most foul desires, the deification of wealth.

Hillary Clinton has a resume unmatched by any of the GOP-Tea hooligans and the integrity of a true American patriot. No one envies the sick desperation of the GOP-Tea that she will face. Many might have asked her to allow a legacy of unflagging love of country and continued efforts for world peace guide her future. Hillary has decided instead to take the arduous path with the only reward a commitment to justice and Democracy.

While the despicable misogynists of the GOP-Tea will continue in their march to unholy wars and personal profits from blood, Americans are again faced with the threat of another war on America. This one promises that horrors of Bush/Cheney will return to again silence and finally destroy the American Dream.

If history is any guide, which legally sane person would have the cancer of the GOP-Tea come from remission to ultimately kill the hopes of the founding fathers?

2 ( +9 / -7 )

God, how I hate this pseudo-happy American election campaigning with pseudo-happy families and pseudo-happy people of all ages. It's all soo artificial it hurts.

2 ( +7 / -5 )

As long as it's not another Bush.

2 ( +5 / -3 )

USA under Clinton enjoyed the golden age of prosperity

President Bill Clinton's argument for repealing Glass-Steagall stated that this change, by the 1999 Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, would "enhance the stability of our financial services system"

We all know how that turned out. Until Americans break away from the two (ONE) party system, their lives will more and more be controlled by moneyed politics=Bankers, Wall Street and the corporations. Time and time again we see the system warped to favor their greed. Take the the rich oil Fracker who killed a campaign to stop tracking in Pennsylvania, only to sue another company when they were going to frack in his back yard.

I always hope that neither a Dem or Rep will win, somewhere over the Rainbow.

2 ( +3 / -1 )

bass4funk: "Also, she still has a grueling task in front of her to still answer a lot of questions about Benghazi,"

It's always hilarious watching Republicans bring this up after concluding, in THEIR OWN INVESTIGATION, that she and the Democrats did NO wrong doing with Benghazi -- but you never heard them talk about that on FOX after two years of nothing but absolute fear-mongering (to avoid their own disasters). And by the way, FOX still needs to apologize for said fear-mongering, since they are a "stand up news service that believes in telling the truth and not fear mongering (like black people are doing about shootings of unarmed black people), and that those who do so need to apologize for". Their words! But never trust FOX or Republicans to live up to their own supposed standards.

"so if you think that topic died, it's about to get turned up."

Oh, no one thinks Republicans have or even CAN let this go. It's all you've got, and nothing more. And when all you've got is something you yourself have dismissed completely, I'd say that's rather pathetic to say the least.

Anyway, so long as Hillary wins the Dem nomination you are looking at your new President. The Republicans are going to spend the next while infighting and ripping each other apart further, with more the funding to smear EACH OTHER (not even the Dems!) as we've seen between Tea Party candidates and more center-leaning Repubs. And then they'll finally choose Jeb Bush, whose own mother doesn't support him, who is too busy trying to pander to every demographic he can (he's now Hispanic, by the way!) to stop flip-flopping and pose any serious threat.

2 ( +6 / -4 )

After being denied the presidency for the past 7 years by Barack Obama, I don't think Hillary will let anyone beat her this time.

I agree she is her own worst enemy in so many ways.

2 ( +3 / -1 )

She needs it because her poll numbers are falling deeper into the abyss

bass -- you and Lizz keep saying this, but you don't have a single number to back it up. You need to understand that pure hyperbole, like what you get a steady diet of from your favorite "talking heads" on FOX and the radio, only works with that audience. The rest of us, who try to form our own opinions, want facts, not just negative bluster.

2 ( +3 / -1 )

Liberals try their hardest to make Benghazi small thing, a nothing a blip, so what if 4 people died.

Benghazi is a small thing. Conservatives are trying to make it the conspiracy of the century. For all too obvious reasons: they want to slime HRC's credentials on foreign policy. You realize, of course, that the add men who came up with this marketing campaign read people like you and give you exactly what you crave: conspiracy madness.

so what if 4 people died.

No, what if over 4,000 people died. Y'know.

Iraq.

That is what happens when you pass the ball to Republicans. 4000 dead in a stupid war of election,

2 ( +4 / -2 )

That is what happens when you pass the ball to Republicans. 4000 dead in a stupid war of election

Actually it was 4,491 U.S. service members killed in Iraq between 2003 and 2014 in a war started by Bush and his neocons based on lies, and then totally and disastrously mismanaged. And of course 174,000 Iraqis were reported killed between 2003 and 2013, with between 112,000-123,000 of those killed being civilian noncombatants. And the killing continues. It should also be pointed out that the 4 people killed in Benghazi were killed by the same "freedom fighters" who the US and it's western allies hastily backed when they saw an opportunity to get rid of Muammar Gaddafi. Of course those "freedom fighters" in Libya (and Syria) are now called "terrorists". I'd say the US government is two doors to the same room frankly.

2 ( +3 / -1 )

(not just the super rich Koch crowd).

Why is it that the left hates the Koch brothers, but yet George Soros and his Media Matters group has given more to liberal causes and to the "1%" and no one utters a word.

Advantage of her, comparing nameless other DEM candidates is that she behaves like a low income thrifty housewife. She will appeal to mothers and grandmothers. Grandma Clinton visit daycare center. Beside that, she does not look her ageThis is primary. I'd bet she will win Primary.

You must not have been really watching the US news. Even the left leaning media has brought up the issues of how Hillary is seen as too elitist. She tries to come off as an "aw shucks" down home person, but then she will turn around and make statements like "she hasn't driven a car in 20 years" (when you have a driver to do it for you), or that she says that they were broke when they left the White House in 2000 (with Bill getting a salary for life of upwards of $400K/year) and she managed to win a Senate seat while supposedly broke.

I've known too many people who have had personal interactions with her who will tell you that this is the image that her spinmeisters have for her, and backstage she is a completely different person.

I don't think she will be a good choice, and I haven't seen anyone on either side whom I will eventually vote for.

1 ( +9 / -8 )

I look forward to any Republican opponent of Obama bringing up Benghazi. It will remind people both of the dismal history the GOP has in recent international events (4 dead in Benghazi vs. the over 4,000 in Iraq) as well their desperation not to direct their campaign rhetoric at subjects Americans actually care about.

1 ( +6 / -5 )

For those who are worried about the so called far right "Tea party" that seems to frighten everyone, Mayor De Blasio of NYC, Hillarys campaign manager for her senate bid in 2000 said this today on Face The Nation on why he's holding off on an endorsement until she has presented her vision for the country.

"progressives such as himself want to see all Democrats running for office move from the center to embrace the farther left causes of "progressive taxation," increases in wages and benefits, and a willingness to tax the wealthy to fund investments in infrastructure and education. "

I want those who keep bashing the right and the Koch brothers to keep watch on how many campaign stops and fundraisers that Clinton will make to Hollywood and the Upper East side in the next few months asking for money. Those very same people who if they really wanted to help people out instead of giving $30K a plate for a dinner could just as easily support a local food bank and feed hundreds, or donate to a failing school to help out, even though in places like LA (Hollywood) the amount spent on each student in the public schools is among the highest in the nation and yet they still have over a 70% high school dropout rate for black male teens.

The nation is more center right than people tend to believe. I am not talking about the right wingers that so many here seem to be afraid of, but most Americans want lower taxes, and the opportunity to at least try to make it and not have either the government impede them, or special interest groups who can afford $30K a plate dinners get in their way either.

1 ( +3 / -2 )

“Americans have fought their way back from tough economic times. But the deck is still stacked in favor of those at the top.

The irony is amazing, she having been one of the chief "stackers" of the last two decades. Her and her husband have done pretty well as a result.

she will focus on greater economic security and opportunity for middle-class and poor Americans.

The same thing every candidate says before an election, going back to Roosevelt.

What’s more, she intends to cast herself as a tenacious fighter determined to block the growing power of an increasingly right-wing Republican party that has sought to block Obama’s agenda at every turn and now controls both chambers of Congress..

Funny, what else did she think would happen when people who ran on the platform of opposing the president would do? Not oppose the president? I at least have to give the republican congress the credit of doing what they promised to do, which is usually not the case. Whether it is right or wrong is irrelevant, it is what it is.

Obama said on Saturday that he thinks Clinton “would be an excellent president.”

The "kiss of death", but few people hate the Clintons more than Obama, and the feeling is of course mutual.

Bush, the brother and son of former presidents. is widely expected to join the race for the Republican nomination.

Pretty much the only chance Hillary has is if Jeb Bush runs, the Bush name is more toxic than Chernobyl. The last thing we need is another Bush, or another Clinton, or, worse yet, a party puppet, like our current president. But of course, we won't be given a choice. The powers that be in the 1% in Washington will choose whoever benefits them, and go through the show of holding on election, even though they will fix the results before the first vote is cast.

1 ( +4 / -3 )

Simply put folks, it's her time ! Just get used to saying "Madame President" !

1 ( +2 / -1 )

bass4funk: We are talking about the last 6 months and the last 2 years of Bush's presidency was drenched with spending, I get it, but EVERY new president takes on a certain amount of deficit from the previous president, but Obama didn't have to spend like a drunken sailor, NO one told him to do that.

Well I don't think it's fair to lump in the greatest recession of our lifetime with some routine deficits that new Presidents get. And can you tell me what new policies Obama personally put in place that raised spending? If you'd willing to admit that Bush handed him job losses then surely you can see that at least some percentage of spending was systemic and not part of an Obama choice. It's not like he created unemployment benefits.

Well, we probably will NEVER know

I think most of the people in the US aren't following this story anymore because we figure that after so much blood and treasure spent if there was something to be found, it would have been found by now. The perpetual "we haven't found anything so it must be buried deep" card can only be played for so long before rational people move on from the story. And the most recent news coming from this is about yet another Republican committee debunking their own talking points. What do you want from America?

1 ( +3 / -2 )

It makes no difference who is elected, Hillary, Jeb, Liz, or Pinocchio, anyone who gets the prize is so tied up with obligations and debts to the powers-that-be that their main job will be reading teleprompted speeches written by others, and supporting whatever agenda they are told to support. When your political system consists of parties more than it does of people, the parties are the power, and the president is just a figurehead.

It doesn't matter who wins, in the end, the rest of us lose.

1 ( +3 / -2 )

Liberals try their hardest to make Benghazi small thing

'Liberals' are not trying to make it into a small thing, they just aren't trying to turn it into something that even the republicans agree it isn't.

1 ( +2 / -1 )

GO HILLLARY!!!! <3

It's either Hillary or the misogynist, homophobic, backwards, bible-thumping republicans.

Hillary Clinton will be a great president! <3

1 ( +2 / -1 )

Bass, like I said before, most people have been hearing about the Benghazi investigation for years. The biggest and most recent announcements have been investigations by Republicans that mostly refute the talking points of other Republicans. What they have found, at great cost and money, is little to nothing on Clinton.

Now they can keep dangling the "truth must be buried deeper" conspiracy theory and that will keep it on the radar for radicals such as yourself, but the rest of the people are going to move on. You had some success early on with wonderful speculation that over time your own investigations debunked, and now you are left telling Americans that they just dont care about other Americans.

The only people who see this as a major issue are other Republicans, and those aren't people voting for Clinton anyway. By 2016 the Benghazi incident will have gone through 2 more years of investigation and you must be insane if Republicans are going to claim that there must be something there with no evidence. The smart Republicans know this and have said they do not want this to be some perpetual investigation.

1 ( +1 / -0 )

I hate to burst the bubbles of some people here, but your hope and change you expect from Hilary Clinton is not that much different from the hope and change people expected from Barack Obama in 2008.

She's probably more of a corporate shill than Obama is. The Republican counterparts are not better by any means, but at least you know what you're getting into.

1 ( +2 / -1 )

'Simple choice, endless wars racking up trillions of dollars of debt and a another great recession or no stupid wars and a booming economy for all (not just the super rich Koch crowd).'

A more sober assessment would be a choice between a party more likely to embark on lunatic invasions providing awesome footage for Fox than the other. Neither party is prepared to take steps to create a 'booming economy for all'. The numbers of the poor will continue to grow, the middle class will continue to stagnate or go backwards and the rich will continue to pull away no matter who wins. Hillary Clinton isn't the person to change this.

@Texas A&M AggieAPR. 13, 2015 - 10:03AM JST Heh, Hillary's press office left an embarrassing typo in its press announcement, saying that she had 'fought children and families all her career'. Then again, perhaps it wasn't a typo....

Wasn't it a speech by someone somewhere?

'The US's last power transition was eight years ago. Russia's was 16 years ago. Want to celebrate again who is absolutely not free?'

Italy has had 61 governments since WW2. Is Italy the true land of the free? They should be celebrating this non-stop according to that logic. Ask the less well off in the States post-Reagan if the choices they make at the ballot box make any difference to their lives apart from a greater likelihood of getting shot or blown to pieces if you're in the military.

Lizz -- I'm still waiting for those "swing state" numbers. Guess you are just like bass ans Wolf -- a bunch of talking-head hyperbole, with no facts to support anything.

0 ( +4 / -4 )

Some people here remind me of Karl Rove. Hoping to see similar meltdowns as the one he had on Fox News when Obama won in 2012.

Personally I'd be surprised if the Republicans even have a shouting chance in 2016. But then again, the US has a tendency to surprise. After all, we are talking about a country that elected George W. Bush twice.

Either way, Hillary is also a corporate stooge. So not much is gonna change there. On the plus side, she might not start any new wars.

0 ( +2 / -2 )

Hillary resigned from her family charity foundation. Hillary's campaign organization workers call that as Friend Of Hillary. About Charity organization, about all of higher income people in USA have own as US tax rate is almost half of your income. Many states have very high state income tax and corporation tax, too.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

@KUSHA: Please write the name of person who predicted Hillary. There are many people who predicted Obama in 2008 and also in 2012; In 2008, plenty more Obama than Hillary for primary. And also Obama against a GOP candidate who might run for 2016 GOP Primary now. In 2008, definitely Obama was way more than Hillary by many organizations even birth story spreaded all over by some GOP people.

GOP has been trying to do clean campaign to ensure a chance for GOP but ....

Republicans will try to sell a caricature of Hillary Clinton, and not the campaign she's running.

Unfortunately for them, Americans ain't buying what they selling.

0 ( +3 / -3 )

AlphaApe: or special interest groups who can afford $30K a plate dinners get in their way either.

Don't all politicians at her level do this? It seems your cherry-picking information to form a narrative about her being elitist. I don't even necessarily disagree that she's an elitist, but your example seems disingenuous.

bass: And let's not forget, Obama increased that debt. Why do you think Obama is known as the welfare president. Unemployment benefits up, welfare and food stamps up 46 million people on food stamps for 37 months.

During the 6 months before Obama took office, Bush delivered 3 million job losses. What impact did that have on Obama's "welfare President" numbers? Do you attribute much of anything to the financial crisis, or are you telling us that Obama personally enacted social spending policies that created an increased deficit?

0 ( +3 / -3 )

Media folks are kind of excited. Many talk like Hilary VS Rubio. They are not talking too much on DEM Primary now.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Y'know the funniest, most ironic, part of it all? How counterproductive the Republican slime machine is when it freaks out against Hillary Clinton.

I'm luke-warm on HRC. When Republicans go insane on her, my tribal defenses kick into gear. More importantly, plenty of women see the bulls&** thrown at HCR and dig in.

In short, all the insanity and name-calling and stupid vitriol only makes her stronger.

Way to go Republicans. Way. To. Go.

0 ( +5 / -5 )

Right now, medias are joking on Jilary's campaign logo and other funny stuffs that they forgot to bash GOP candidates.

0 ( +1 / -1 )

......oh and democrats are honest and fair!

Same as with the Republicans - if they don't give ammo, they cannot get bashed with said ammo.

0 ( +1 / -1 )

You should as it ties in totally with the economy in general. When you have an administration that plays with numbers to give a distorted view of the economy as being robust when it actually isn't all around, true it has improved, but when you see unemployment benefits through the rough, welfare benefits record breaking, people more than ever in our history on food stamps, Blacks and Hispanics worse off than ever, highest corporate tax rate and No signs of it going down. Over 40% of new graduates can't find decent work. The last 6 years has been nothing more than disastrous.

The last 6 years also show the effects of the free market imploding, and that has more to do with the numbers than anything else. Besides, the largest numbers you listed were for defense spending (something the GOP wants to increase) and tax cuts (something else the GOP wants to increase). One other number was for stimulus spending, something both parties signed off on. I don't see how you can want to increase numbers in some areas then claim that you're more fiscally conservative.

if they think us independents are just going to pull the lever to vote for her because her last name is Clinton

I really don't think you are the type of independent that Clinton is going for. She probably won't spend much time campaigning for people who put themselves to the right of the GOP.

I wonder how this election will turn out... as a candidate Hillary Clinton has experience and is widely recognized. She can potentially become first female president in the American history, right after the first African-American president. Still, it is not a comfortable time for democrats, and there are quite a few issues that are going to be exaggerated during the campaign, I'm sure of it. The eventual result will show which party tells more convincing stories about their candidates.

@Apolitical: She will make world history if she becom President. First Grandma president. First President who has a male first lady.

Sheldon and Soros do the exact opposite for liberal causes

Bass, again wrong on facts. First by Sheldon you mean Sheldon Adelson who contributes millions to republcans not democrats. Please try to get the characters correct. Second the Koch brothers have stated that they will contribute nearly $900 million to the 2016 election. That amount is so huge it dwarfs anyone else. Soros is a petty player. 80% plus of billionaire contributions to politics goes to republicans. It is totally lopsided. Facts. That is why the republicans are such puppets of the rich. Proof of that, the recent law passed by the republican congress to give a $280 billion tax break to the richest 5000 people in the USA. Fact. You are sadly and completely misinformed.

The political network overseen by the conservative billionaires Charles G. and David H. Koch plans to spend close to $900 million on the 2016 campaign, an unparalleled effort by coordinated outside groups to shape a presidential election that is already on track to be the most expensive in history.

The spending goal, revealed Monday at the Kochs’ annual winter donor retreat near Palm Springs, Calif., would allow their political organization to operate at the same financial scale as the Democratic and Republican Parties. It would require a significant financial commitment from the Kochs and roughly 300 other donors they have recruited over the years, and covers both the presidential and congressional races. In the last presidential election, the Republican National Committee and the party’s two congressional campaign committees spent a total of $657 million.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Madam President! You already have my vote!

Good for them.

That amount is so huge it dwarfs anyone else. Soros is a petty player. 80% plus of billionaire contributions to politics goes to republicans. It is totally lopsided. Facts.

No it's not. You got Katzenberg, Amy Goldman, Stryker, Chambers, many, many in Hollwood and Silicon valley, so when you add that up, that kind of cash will rival ANYTHING the Koch brothers can dish out.

That is why the republicans are such puppets of the rich. Proof of that, the recent law passed by the republican congress to give a $280 billion tax break to the richest 5000 people in the USA. Fact. You are sadly and completely misinformed.

Actually no, the Democrats, the people that I just mentioned and Hilary included have their claws deeply rooted in Wall Street and greatly benefit from the same tax breaks. I know Dems don't like hearing that, but I would have a lot more respect for them if they would just admit the obvious. This is why I say when it comes to stuffing their pockets, both parties are carbon copies of one another.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

She is unlikely to win.

-1 ( +12 / -13 )

Simple choice, endless wars racking up trillions of dollars of debt and a another great recession or no stupid wars and a booming economy for all (not just the super rich Koch crowd). Very simple. Get ready for President Hillary. It will happen.

-1 ( +7 / -8 )

This is only Dem Primary and she does not have viable competitor. So, I guess she will win. Hope GOP will not choose Canadian born Texas man, Paul will work hard in our state and we are expecting Bush here, too. Adelson is careful this time. He hasn't mentioned how much he will donate yet.

-1 ( +0 / -1 )

The far left party of the Dems wants Elizabeth Warren, the Sen from MA to make a run for it. Some Dems want O'Mally the former Gov. of Maryland, and then there is Webb from VA. Warren is too far to the left and I think that the American people have tried it with a far lefty, and want someone who is more centrist. That will be key for someone like Webb. O'Mally may not be as good a choice, sine he was last defeated by a GOP candidate in MD for his old position, in part because the voters of MD (a heavily Democratic state) partly due to the high taxes and some of his policies, one of which was that he signed a law giving in-state tuition to MD colleges for children of illegal immigrants, however he refused in 2014 to open a facility to house the influx of the children from Central America during the summer rush of the illegal alien children flowing into the USA, and the White House accused him of being hypocritical for not supporting their plans to house these children in his state. I guess he saw the way the wind was blowing on the whole illegal alien issue.

There are probably several other candidates on the Dem side that could do much better than Hillary. The problem is that she has the name recognition and the big donors ready to give to her. Funny how she says she is for the "regular" person, yet she hangs with the elite.

As far as the media goes, CBS may as well come out and endorse her directly since they keep airing that show "Madame Secretary" about a fictational female Secretary of State who balances her professional career with her home life. I keep seeing the articles on the web of which show will get cancelled and so far this one is still being aired with a Season 2 planned. If that is not in the tank for someone then I can't imagine if they did come out and endorse her what type of coverage she would be getting.

-1 ( +3 / -4 )

@siniestro The US's last power transition was eight years ago. Russia's was 16 years ago. Want to celebrate again who is absolutely not free?

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

It will be interesting to see the mainstream media agenda propel Hillary while bashing all GOP's. And the sheep will follow....to a degree.

Hillary will raise a bundle of bucks. This also is a deciding factor as we've seen in the billion dollar man.

I personally don't think she'll win. And to see "first man" Bill in the backround chasing those interns seems quite strange.

-1 ( +2 / -3 )

She has an excellent hair dresser. I think her hair could be all gray but she is appealing to young people or so I guess. But unlike men, women do not become bald. I wonder which candidates are bakd and using a wig. There are young voters. Some Media critics stated cute young Rubia might increase GOP members.

-1 ( +0 / -1 )

Rubio is talking now. I think Bush will be still one of GOP front. . He talks about his father labored at 9 yrs old and mother did maid, etc. And will stop slavery working condition etc. I doubt Western state people understand his speech on labor condition change. He bad mouthed Israel so Adelson will not donate to him. Media joke about Hillary campaign placard now. They seem forgot other Dem candidates on Primary.

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

Because Hillary is 180 degrees different this time, Media already analyzed she will win DEM primary. /so is GOP. After Rubio's speech, GOP went back to either Paul or Bush. I guess not Tomney. Have to wait whom Adelson donate large sum.

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

Hillary put up a video online about her big announcement, but out of habit, immediately deleted it.

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

In Rubio's speech, Rubio labeled Hillary as Yesterday. But he has told his father worked since 9 years old and his mother had to work as maid to help family. So, he insisted that he will stop slave-labor work condition in America, repeatedly. And crowd there were excited. Hillary does not talk much but I am sure she does not know slave-labor years bot in her life. Yesterday is better than talking slave labor that people do not know. Sure Calif Hollywood (Burbank now) had child working as child actors on weekends but those are not considered slave labor. He has to stop talking about slave labor in USA if he is a Today Person. He is aginst minimum wage. BTW, she is wearing same necklace and same green browse. Doesn't look like a woman who has a plenty royalty income from her published books. Is she pretending a low income person or she does not have a time? She was eating a brito.

Just like hillary delayed declaratiom Bush and Walker will declare later and many people think Hillary VS Bush.

-1 ( +0 / -1 )

Hillary is a congenital liar and will say and do anything to get what she wants. How else would one describe a person who professes to spend her entire life fighting for women and turns around and belittles, silences, and destroys the multitudes of women that her husband engaged with in affaires.

She has used her husband to advance herself from her cattle futures and Walt-Mart board of directors seat while Bill was a prominent politician in Arkansas to her Senate seat after Bill's presidency. Hillary has achieved little of her success on her own and has attacked other women consistently to protect her meal ticket instead of defending her own integrity and putting a stop to her husbands blatant disrespect of her. Is this the role model for the daughters of Progressive women in America?

Hillary is very unlikable and is one of the most polarizing figures in American politics today. She is old and tired with none of the political gifts of her husband. She is cozier with Wall Street and Washington lobbyists than anyone while simultaneously decrying the influence of big money in politics. All of this hypocrisy sticks to Hillary that Bill could slough off like a winter coat. I am going to have a good time making fun of Hillary's blatant hypocrisies and stumbles over the next 18 months.

-1 ( +2 / -3 )

Jeb's brother had speech that no one could copy or write. According to media, it is family love former Pres was doing. Also Jeb was going to tell if he will decide or not shortly after.

-1 ( +0 / -1 )

I hate to say this, but I think she would make a good president.

-2 ( +15 / -17 )

Hillary has been around over 20 years and I have never seen a poll that she is over 50%, so not a lot of minds are going to be changed now but she probably would win over Bush as the least undesirable candidate, especially in a 3 way race.

-2 ( +2 / -4 )

@Lizz: This is a DEM primary and Bush is not a DEM.

-2 ( +4 / -6 )

@alpha> Are you sure only 400 k? I thought more. It is less than poor table game dealer makes in our area.

Back to topic: Iowa is first but people are too busy watching MLB games now that the result will be short because not exciting DEM Primary this year. Our local channels are more interested in Harry Reid not running anymore stories.

When GOP stories come out, more exciting.

-2 ( +0 / -2 )

Heh, Hillary's press office left an embarrassing typo in its press announcement, saying that she had 'fought children and families all her career'.

Then again, perhaps it wasn't a typo.......

This writer had made two predictions on 28 December 2012 in article - Stars of Hilary Clinton and 2016 US Presidential election - published at astrologyweekly.com/blog/stars-of-hillary-clinton-and-2016-us-presidential-election/

One was that she has favorable planetary position to run for the 2016 US Presidential election. The other was that though she has favorable planetary position for running and winning as well the 2016 US Presidential election, her actual becoming US President would be concluded after taking into account the planetary posture in birth charts of her opposing Presidential candidates in the election. So by now by her declaration to run for the election, this writer's first part of prediction has come precisely accurate. It may be stated here that this writer's coverage of 2012 US Presidential election when Barack Obama was elected for the second time, was also precisely accurate distinguished by pivotal aspects of the election being also accurate then. This writer has intention of repeating the same in relation to 2016 election as well

Dude, you are completely digging and grasping now. Lol

Oh my god, that is really rich. Coming from a guy who cannot say the word "Benghazi" enough, even though reports from Republican-led committees concluded there is nothing there -- no malfeasence on either Obama's or Clinton's part, and no cover up.

EVERY new president takes on a certain amount of deficit from the previous president, but Obama didn't have to spend like a drunken sailor, NO one told him to do that.

Equally precious. Especially since Bush inherited a surplus from Clinton, and left office with the government in horrible financial shape because he decided to pursue nation-building in Iraq.

-2 ( +5 / -7 )

Oh my god, that is really rich. Coming from a guy who cannot say the word "Benghazi" enough, even though reports from Republican-led committees concluded there is nothing there -- no malfeasence on either Obama's or Clinton's part, and no cover up.

Well, we probably will NEVER know now since Hilary cleaned her servers and this was all done before anyone know of those private servers. Anyone with half a brain is a fool, a serious fool to take her word on anything. If she were really so innocent as she has claimed to be and feels NO wrongdoing, why NOT give up those servers unconditionally? Prove to the GOP how stupid their accusations suspicious tones are, give them what they and the Feds want, which they were subpoena by a court anyway and she flat out said, NO. Now, if you libs want to believe in the world of Willy Wonka, I don't have the slightest problem with that, but please don't insult everyone else in believing that BS. And this is the exact reason why the Independents will never vote for her and that is the worst case scenario as you can get. Hilary could have put all of this to bed a very long time ago, she she chose not to. Remember, Independents will always determine the outcome of an election and those are the people you need to worry about.

Equally precious. Especially since Bush inherited a surplus from Clinton, and left office with the government in horrible financial shape because he decided to pursue nation-building in Iraq.

And Obama will leave it in an even more severe deplorable condition. I don't see the corporate tax coming down, still don't see the border on lockdown, don't see the $18 Trillion debt being cut.

How counterproductive the Republican slime machine is when it freaks out against Hillary Clinton.

So now Democrats have a moral high ground when it comes to counter-productivity and sliming people. The Democrats practically invented the word slime.

I'm luke-warm on HRC. When Republicans go insane on her, my tribal defenses kick into gear. More importantly, plenty of women see the bulls&** thrown at HCR and dig in.

That's exactly why many people are leaving both parties because everyone is tired of the same old boring Washington politics and there are just as many people that have Clinton as much as Bush fatigue.

In short, all the insanity and name-calling and stupid vitriol only makes her stronger.

She needs it because her poll numbers are falling deeper into the abyss and like Rand Paul, she is too thin-skinned and can't take any kind negative criticism. She is not her husband, she doesn't have that kind of talent.

-2 ( +4 / -6 )

The rest of us, who try to form our own opinions, want facts, not just negative bluster.

She is a god awful campaigner, even a good number of prominent liberals admit that. Look up the poll numbers yourself if it is that important......

-2 ( +0 / -2 )

I hope your wrong Toshiko. I don't want to see the dynasties taking control. But the dems have Warren and Biden as possibles. That's not saying much.

@WolfpackAPR. 16, 2015 - 09:09PM JST Hillary is a congenital liar and will say and do anything to get what she wants. -2 ( +1 / -3 )

It is a sad commentary for the Democratic Party when their best candidate should be running from the law instead of for president. And yet, the dems do not dare laugh at her because their bench is empty.

The dems were shellacked in the last mid-term election, and they honestly believe a grandmother with a shady past is the only leader who can save their party.

Too funny.......

-2 ( +1 / -3 )

O'Mally has been working in Iowa but Hillary was not a candidate yet. So, media have been waiting total votes after all votes were counted. CNN, FOX, ABC, CBS, PBC, etc. all waiting.

-3 ( +2 / -5 )

Where are all these people that would vote for this she-devil?

-3 ( +6 / -9 )

Some liberals remain skeptical of Clinton’s close ties to Wall Street donors and the centrist economic policies of her husband’s administration.

I am not American. Back in 1994 to 1996, USA under Clinton enjoyed the golden age of prosperity. My share value of stock market has increased. Unemployment rate was low in US back then. Real estate sector was healthy and profitable. Therefore I think Clinton was a better economic manager.

Americans will be broke and hopeless if another Bush will be elected in the white house again. Bush broke and ruined USA. Clinton lied however no one died. US needs another Clinton for making US economy is the champion again.

-3 ( +0 / -3 )

Then why do Republicans hate her? Besides all of the made-up stuff about Benghazi.

If it were made up, then why wouldn't she turn over her servers? Why would she have them in the first place and just because she says believe me, all of a sudden, we just should, because Hilary Clinton said so?

ROFL! This is why, the woman will have a very difficult time with Swing voters and the Dems could possibly hang themselves. Dropping poll numbers, losing trust and confidence, credibility below zero.

I am not American. Back in 1994 to 1996, USA under Clinton enjoyed the golden age of prosperity.

Thanks to Reagan that lead the way.

Americans will be broke and hopeless if another Bush will be elected in the white house again.

There is no way the economy could worsen under Bush the way it's been under Obama and since you're not American let me tell you Jeb Bush left office with over 80% approval, Florida did very well under Bush.

Bush broke and ruined USA.

And let's not forget, Obama increased that debt. Why do you think Obama is known as the welfare president. Unemployment benefits up, welfare and food stamps up 46 million people on food stamps for 37 months.

Clinton lied however no one died.

You already forgot Somalia, Mogadishu and Kosovo?

US needs another Clinton for making US economy is the champion again

No, America needs a real leader and that sure ain't Hilary with a credibility issue and not even president yet and let's not forget. Hilary is not Bill. She doesn't exactly ooze excitement.

Italy has had 61 governments since WW2. Is Italy the true land of the free? They should be celebrating this non-stop according to that logic. Ask the less well off in the States post-Reagan

Do you know what the Carter years were like?

if the choices they make at the ballot box make any difference to their lives apart from a greater likelihood of getting shot or blown to pieces if you're in the military.

But who will restore America beck to full prosperity and get us out of $18 Trillion debt? It sure won't be Clinton if she were president.

-3 ( +3 / -6 )

Just what is on Hillary's resume? List the Clinton scandals. Then ask yourself, does she have what it take to be the nations leader.

It takes a village.....

-3 ( +2 / -5 )

@ SuperLib, do you recall create shovel ready jobs? Where are they? How many billions were spent on them? Yes, the 'O' man squandered billions upon billions of dollars. Those green jobs have never surfaced and China benefitted from the technologies.

-3 ( +3 / -6 )

Some people here remind me of Karl Rove. Hoping to see similar meltdowns as the one he had on Fox News when Obama won in 2012.

If you really want to talk about memorable meltdowns, the best ones were seeing Obama's face when the Dems lost the House in 2010 and seeing it again last November.

Personally I'd be surprised if the Republicans even have a shouting chance in 2016.

Be careful, you guys already lost that bet twice and felt like nothing could touch you, NOT even Kryptonite.

But then again, the US has a tendency to surprise. After all, we are talking about a country that elected George W. Bush twice.

And elected Obama twice as well.

Either way, Hillary is also a corporate stooge. So not much is gonna change there. On the plus side, she might not start any new wars.

I think Hilary is a whole lot more hawkish than Obama, I don't think for a second she would hesitate to pull the trigger.

Republicans will try to sell a caricature of Hillary Clinton, and not the campaign she's running.

Sad to say, this is a problem with the Republicans, I think you are not wrong in pointing that out. The people can already see what a lying work of piece she is and that's why she's in trouble with swing voters, very big trouble and she does have reason to be concerned if she is smart, having said that, the GOP need to not worry about her, she's already a time bomb and the GOP needs to talk about their ideas and visions instead.

Unfortunately for them, Americans ain't buying what they selling.

And they are definitely not buying what Hilary is saying.

During the 6 months before Obama took office, Bush delivered 3 million job losses.

We are talking about the last 6 months and the last 2 years of Bush's presidency was drenched with spending, I get it, but EVERY new president takes on a certain amount of deficit from the previous president, but Obama didn't have to spend like a drunken sailor, NO one told him to do that.

What impact did that have on Obama's "welfare President" numbers? Do you attribute much of anything to the financial crisis, or are you telling us that Obama personally enacted social spending policies that created an increased deficit?

After he took office, yes and looking over the last 6 years the amount of money that he wasted and to this day, where are any of the high paying salary jobs in Obama's 2015??

-3 ( +3 / -6 )

Just facts from the mainstream media! Now that's contradictory. The mainstream media is slinging the mud on Cruz and Rand, but are they doing the same with Hillary? Absolute proof of the mainstream media agenda and the constant diet fed to the mainstream citizens,

-3 ( +1 / -4 )

As long as it's not another Bush.

... or Clinton. Too much entitlements going around under Obama's domestic policy, Americans do not need more entitled presidential candidates too.

Just facts from the mainstream media! Now that's contradictory. The mainstream media is slinging the mud on Cruz and Rand, but are they doing the same with Hillary?

The media will protect Hillary just as they have been protecting Obama all these years. Unless a prominent Liberal gay man comes out of the closet than all bets are off. If that happens they will dump her as quickly as they did when another preferred demographic gained traction against her back in 2008. Hillary is tired and old but since she is female and a Lefty the media will back her as their best bet to retain the White House unless someone more "diverse" comes around. The group of white Democrat men like Web, Chaffee, O'Malley, or Sen. Bernie Saunders (an avowed arch Socialist but not any different than the Dem's these days) that are considering a presidential run are no longer qualified to be president as far as Democrats are concerned because - well, they are White, male, and heterosexual. There is nothing more vile and despicable in American politics according to the Left's twisted ideology.

-3 ( +0 / -3 )

And the killing continues. It should also be pointed out that the 4 people killed in Benghazi were killed by the same "freedom fighters" who the US and it's western allies hastily backed when they saw an opportunity to get rid of Muammar Gaddafi. Of course those "freedom fighters" in Libya (and Syria) are now called "terrorists". I'd say the US government is two doors to the same room frankly.

As to why libs try to give 4 deaths a pass as if it were nothing. So let me get this straight, libs only care about the Iraqis if the numbers go up exceptionally, but when libs are in charge and death happens under there watch, it's dismisable. So when Obama took over Afghanistan and more soldiers died on his watch, not a word. Libs have always had a double standard when it comes to politics. The point is, people died, that's the only thing that matters. The number is irrelevant and when you have a Secretary of State unwilling to divulge information and refuses to give up her personal servers, you have a credibility issus, that's it and that's the underlining factor voters look at.

-3 ( +1 / -4 )

She currently has double-digit leads over all the likely Republican candidates in polling. What do you know that they don't?

Just FYI: She hasn't had double digit leads since February and is currently trailing in key swing states.

-4 ( +5 / -9 )

It's always hilarious watching Republicans bring this up after concluding, in THEIR OWN INVESTIGATION, that she and the Democrats did NO wrong doing with Benghazi

They were always skeptical and now even more so since she didn't turn over her emails and servers and not the ones she wanted, the Feds wanted all of them! And you think we have to take the word of Hilary Clinton, we went through that with Bill. What did he say again, he never had sexual relations with Monica, how'd that turn out? He lied before a Grand Jury. So I'll pass on Believing Hilary and many people are doing the same.

-- but you never heard them talk about that on FOX after two years of nothing but absolute fear-mongering (to avoid their own disasters).

What disasters, their ratings are crushing everyone else's

And by the way, FOX still needs to apologize for said fear-mongering, since they are a "stand up news service that believes in telling the truth and not fear mongering (like black people are doing about shootings of unarmed black people), and that those who do so need to apologize for". Their words! But never trust FOX or Republicans to live up to their own supposed standards.

They had the least amount of retractions out of any other news network, so much for that theory, Smith.

Oh, no one thinks Republicans have or even CAN let this go. It's all you've got, and nothing more. And when all you've got is something you yourself have dismissed completely, I'd say that's rather pathetic to say the least.

Actually, the Republicans have a lot. They have Obama, they have a stagnant economy with an out of control debt that is killing us, the highest food stamp, unemployment benifits, Obama trying to circumvent more executive power, varying to legalize 5 million aliens, trying to make deals with Iran and Cuba and NOT involving congress. Yes, the Republicans have more than enough to go on and Hilary gives them an extra added bonus to show how disastrous liberal policies have been for the last 6 years.

Anyway, so long as Hillary wins the Dem nomination you are looking at your new President.

Actually, No, it's not even close to a win to the White House, but as long as Obama numbers stay at this rate and he keeps ignoring congress and thinks he can govern unilaterally. Hilary can kiss that crown goodbye.

The Republicans are going to spend the next while infighting and ripping each other apart further, with more the funding to smear EACH OTHER (not even the Dems!) as we've seen between Tea Party candidates and more center-leaning Repubs.

And the same goes for the Democrats, if Hilary bursts, that's it who else do the DEMS really have? Really?

And then they'll finally choose Jeb Bush, whose own mother doesn't support him, who is too busy trying to pander to every demographic he can (he's now Hispanic, by the way!) to stop flip-flopping and pose any serious threat.

Dude, you are completely digging and grasping now. Lol

-4 ( +3 / -7 )

The media will back her Super, old and tired....no. Female, YES!

The media has and will continue to bash the republicans whoever they are. Count on that. Seen it in the past and they are only more confident they sway popular opinion.

-4 ( +0 / -4 )

Please, dems, anoint this disbarred attorney, politically tone deaf, scandal-ridden time bomb.

-4 ( +0 / -4 )

you and Lizz keep saying this, but you don't have a single number to back it up.

http://www.cbsnews.com/news/views-on-hillary-clinton-and-the-email-controversy/

http://edition.cnn.com/2015/03/15/opinions/pease-hillary-clinton-authenticity/index.html

http://www.cheatsheet.com/politics/3-problems-standing-in-the-way-of-a-hillary-clinton-presidency.html/?a=viewall

Most Americans (65 percent) say their opinion of Clinton has not changed in the wake of the email controversy, but 29 percent say their opinion of her has grown worse. 49 percent of Republicans say their opinion of her is worse, as do 28 percent of independents. Add that up, that is quite a bit of people that have strong reservations or just hate the woman altogether.

More generally, 26 percent of Americans now have a favorable view of Hillary Clinton, while 37 percent view her unfavorably; another third are undecided or don't have an opinion of her.

Now that we can put this to rest. This is indeed a problem for Hilary, especially with the independent voters.

You need to understand that pure hyperbole, like what you get a steady diet of from your favorite "talking heads" on FOX and the radio, only works with that audience.

It's amazing that you seem to think you know what I read and watch. Lol

The rest of us, who try to form our own opinions, want facts, not just negative bluster.

Then you should watch Fox or read the WSJ and Washington Post for starters.

Well I don't think it's fair to lump in the greatest recession of our lifetime with some routine deficits that new Presidents get.

And can you tell me what new policies Obama personally put in place that raised spending? If you'd willing to admit that Bush handed him job losses then surely you can see that at least some percentage of spending was systemic and not part of an Obama choice. It's not like he created unemployment benefits.

Barack Obama - The debt grew the most dollar-wise during President Obama's term. He added $6.167 trillion, a 53% increase, in six years. Obama's budgets included the economic stimulus package, which added $787 billion by cutting taxes, extending unemployment benefits, and funding job-creating public works projects. The Obama tax cuts added $858 billion to the debt over two years. Obama's budget included increased defense spending to around $800 billion a year. Federal income was down, thanks to lower tax receipts from the 2008 financial crisis. He also sponsored the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, which was designed to reduce the debt by $143 billion over 10 years. However, these savings didn't show up until the later years. For more, see National Debt Under Obama.

Again, there are many people that expect honesty and accountability, something that the Clinton’s are not known for. And the publics interest in Benghazi was awaken when Hilary decided NOT to release her servers. The woman is digging her own grave and libs are nuts if they think us independents are just going to pull the lever to vote for her because her last name is Clinton.

-4 ( +1 / -5 )

On the subject of "Benghazi" and the House Republican's embarrassing attempts to make political hay against Obama/Clinton out of the incident, this is an excellent article from The New Yorker that clearly illustrates how morally decrepit House Speaker Boehner and his Republican cohorts have become...

And once again, Liberals try their hardest to make Benghazi small thing, a nothing a blip, so what if 4 people died. Now had it been a Republican president when that happened, you would never hear the end of it and everyone knows it, let's not play games and pretend the playing field would be fair, it wouldn't. The MSM liberal media has a deeply invested interest in protecting the president and Clinton. The point is, if the media likes you as a president (always liberal) then you never have to worry about scandals or getting bad press. They will push the war on Iraq and WMDs, phone records, lives lost, private servers "What difference does it make?"

-4 ( +1 / -5 )

like I said before, most people have been hearing about the Benghazi investigation for years. The biggest and most recent announcements have been investigations by Republicans that mostly refute the talking points of other Republicans. What they have found, at great cost and money, is little to nothing on Clinton.

Again, this was all before we found out about the servers and private emails and there are so many gaps between the timelines of her communicate with the WH during the attacks, where did all those conversations end up? Why would Hilary defy a federal court subpeona? If you or I did it, we'd be buried under the jail. People aren't stupid and the problem with the Clinton's is that they think that everyone is dumb and they're the smartest in the room and if you believe their words, they coming to get you, give me a break. Hilary knows the public is watching this. Why do you think her numbers are bad when it comes to independent voters. And as long as she keeps lying that chunk of the voting section may cost her the election, which is fine by me.

Again, before the servers came into play and it doesn't matter what the public thinks in regards to how they feel about her. The point is, did she break the law or not and the GOP should peruse this. Again, if the shoe were on the other foot, they would, of course they would, everyone knows that.

The only people who see this as a major issue are other Republicans, and those aren't people voting for Clinton anyway.

Doesn't matter what the Dems or GOP think, she most definitely has to worry about the Independent Swing voters and so far, she's not doing good and is not convincing.

By 2016 the Benghazi incident will have gone through 2 more years of investigation and you must be insane if Republicans are going to claim that there must be something there with no evidence. The smart Republicans know this and have said they do not want this to be some perpetual investigation.

The GOP can peruse this as well as sticking to the message of how they would make the country better, staying on focus, but behind the scenes, they can grill her and they should. I don't care about parties, but Dems p*** me off more because they can NEVER admit to ANY wrongdoing, they act as every problem that happens no matter what it is, is because of Republicans, I have never heard any of the liberals criticizing Dems for anything. This fantasy notion of everything is perfect liberal utopia that Dems have created in their minds is really scary. This is why the country is so messed up, I see faults on both sides and while I am an independent conservative, I will call out the GOP on issues if I think they are wrong and have done so, but you guys never want to admit to anything and this is why many people think that Dems are full of crap. This is why we need a third party. Because neither HC or Bush are the right people for the job, No more dynasties!

110% agreed! No spin right there.

She has no business in the White House. She flubbed then covered up Bengazi. Her policies will be a continuation of the failures of the Obama administration: Pandering to an aggressive Iranian government ready to nuke Israel, and snubbing the Israeli state. Spending money that my grandkids have not even earned yet. Race baiting while going 0-for-3 in prejudging cases involving blacks. Continually bypassing the Constitution, including allowing the illegal immigration of millions across our southern border.

Hdont forget the server wiped clean DURING the Benghazi investigation. This lady is dirty, has been and will lie to the public just like her hubby has. She will be cut to pieces along with her foundation with its questionable monies.

Simple choice, endless wars racking up trillions of dollars of debt and a another great recession or no stupid wars and a booming economy for all (not just the super rich Koch crowd). Very simple. Get ready for President Hillary. It will happen.

Hillary voted for the wars and is the hand maiden for Wall Street.

If Madame AIPAC gets in then you should buy more shares in "defense" contractors. She is a puppet of the hardcore, right-wing zionists. And they want to see their surrounding Arab countries destroyed.

In a round about way, this is happening because of her. Her inaction back in the "Arab Spring" and bad policy by the US has left us with the current situation in the Middle East. It's not Israel who is killing Arabs, it is Arab vs. Arab in places like Syria, Yemen, Lybia, and Iraq that are causing so much trouble and disturbances.

I have never seen a poll that she is over 50%

Whatever her poll numbers, they went down when she made those comments at a speech at a national recreation organization convention that there was not enough "fun" in America these days and maybe there should be more "fun camps" opened for adults where they can go and let go of the cares of the day to day life and just have "fun." This didn't set too well with people since I will admit the right equated it to the "re-education" camps seen in totolitarian regimes. That was a bit of a stretch to some point, but what the American people are beginning to tire of not only from her but the rest of the political front runners is how they try to be "everything for everybody" and the rest of their doublespeak and broken promises.

She has a long way to go, and if she does make it through the Dem primary process, the very same press that is going to cover for her at the expense of maybe some better Dem candidates will then go after the GOP nominee with the whole "gender issue" and "sexist" attitudes but not doing so against primary contenders, since they will need to use that in the general election against the GOP.

......oh and democrats are honest and fair! Yea, keep on dreaming.

Benghazi is a small thing.

Because it happened under Democratic leadership?

Conservatives are trying to make it the conspiracy of the century.

Oh, if only I could have a dollar for everytime the Dems screamed about conspiracy theories trumped up by liberals, sheesh!

For all too obvious reasons: they want to slime HRC's credentials on foreign policy.

By the way, besides pushing out Gaddafi and not supporting Mubarak and that reset button, not so really reset and not forget what she did for New York while a Senator........basically nothing. What are HRC greatest of achievements of her career, besides being the wife of a former popular president and politician?

You realize, of course, that the add men who came up with this marketing campaign read people like you and give you exactly what you crave: conspiracy madness.

Hey, Democrats literally invented the word. I don't think I have a enough space to write all the litany of conspiracies liberals trumped up on conservatives.

No, what if over 4,000 people died. Y'know.

So the value of 4 lives is not so important because liberals say so, if it happened under Bush, Libs would definetly demand answers. hmmmm, hypocrisy.....nope, not a smidgen.

That is what happens when you pass the ball to Republicans. 4000 dead in a stupid war of election.

But Obama's Afghan war was ok and accumulating $18 Trillion debt which will exceed $23 Trillion by the time this disastrous president is out of office and you think e people want to elect another lying disaster? Doubt it.

'Simple choice, endless wars racking up trillions of dollars of debt and a another great recession or no stupid wars and a booming economy for all (not just the super rich Koch crowd).'

As Aphaape mentioned, what is it about the Koch brothers that get the left so p***** off? Sheldon and Soros do the exact opposite for liberal causes, then there should be NO problem with the Koch doing the same for the right. Also, don't forget, Hilary is a part of that Wall Street crowd, most far-left progressives hate, that's already one mine field for her. The next is her servers and the disappearance of those emails. She is not the most likable candidate. Either you like her or you don't.

I'll buy that.

Exactly, Hilary also has a very serious likable and credibility problem and she's going to definitely have it tough trying to win over swing voters, which most DO NOT like.

She may just pull it off!-especially with the many many many special interest groups, the ultra left, and every mid-east browbreater behind her America & the American way of life will be history, the death knoll of freedom.

What difference does it make

-8 ( +2 / -10 )

Who cares. She will also be a puppet. Its just that the show will have a new presenter that they will advertise as "The first woman president of USA", Hallelujah, God bless America, the land of freedom.

directly at coffee shops, day care centers and some private homes.housewife.

Advantage of her, comparing nameless other DEM candidates is that she behaves like a low income thrifty housewife. She will appeal to mothers and grandmothers. Grandma Clinton visit daycare center. Beside that, she does not look her ageThis is primary. I'd bet she will win Primary.

@some13some: Who do you think to win on DEM Primary?

-10 ( +2 / -12 )

But, go ahead and prove me wrong. Specfically, what are these swing states you are talking about, and who is she trailing?

Hilary is not a shoe in and for the Democratic party in general she leads and that's because, they really don't have no one else and if the election were held today, in MOST cases, she'd get beaten by a Republican. Also, she still has a grueling task in front of her to still answer a lot of questions about Benghazi, so if you think that topic died, it's about to get turned up. The woman has a lot of work cut out for her.
