Maybe, if Democrats would step back for a moment and not use any economic model of income redistribution as a policy that would help them achieve that.

LOL. Our current economic model is based on income redistribution, only it's been funneled upward for decades. America has been experiencing class warfare for a long, long time, only the side winning has been the extremely wealthy.

Since the 1970s, a disproportionate share of economic gains have gone to the wealthiest households, creating a widening income and wealth gap over time. By 2016, the top 1 percent of US households had more wealth than the entire bottom 90 percent.

Fortunately for you, most people who read this GOP talking point are too young to remember the New Deal or the Great Society, which defined the Democratic Party well into the '70s. While there's been an infusion of progressives in the party of late (and certainly its base and those under 40, regardless or race or gender) the party is still run by neoliberals like Pelosi, Schumer and Perez. They're still pushing candidates like Biden, Harris or Mayor Pete.
