My thinking is that since the Dems will support Mike in a leadership challenge from the Twitter faction (MTG) if he sets a vote on Ukraine, he went down to Trump to dictate how it's going to work. Trump is ostensbly opposed to aid to Ukraine, but he doesn't have the support from Congress on that issue. So now he has changed his tune.

If that is true, it means a power shift away from Trump and the Twitter faction and towards the Democrats in Congress.

Get the aid to Israel, because that war is winnable and Israel is our number 1 ally in the region.

Limit aid to Ukraine and increase pressure on that country to negotiate with Russia. Right now, the best Ukraine can do is stay on the defensive. Time for that war to end.
