Huge Tonga volcanic eruption felt around the Pacific

Some may think the tsunami warnings on the TV as excessive, but for me if the choice is between having constant announcements for small tsunamis or fatal victims because people did not evacuate on time the choice is obvious.

Hopefully the problems in Tonga will not be too serious.

Remarkable. Even Fifers as far away as a weather station in Scotland ‘felt’ the effects of this eruption in Tonga !!
