How long is it before someone is killed?

When the martyrs start to appear then China won’t have any moral control left...

China has backed out of her historic contractual obligations regarding Hong Kong. People of Hong Kong show China that she can bully you no more. Democracy is imbedded in the DNA of the Hong Kong people.

I wonder how the police, as Hong Kongers themselves, can live with themselves for opposing the protestors.

The people of Hong Kong are very impressive. They deserve the support of the U.S., Europe, Japan and South Korea in their battle against the Evil Empire.

Nothing but respect for the protesters. Their safety and future is in jeopardy.

Protesters around the world could learn from them.

Unless the Chinese government caves in (Does anyone honestly think it will cave in?) to the Hong Kongers' demands, how much longer can this situation continue as is?

Don't get me wrong, I hope the Chinese government does give in and grant Hong Kong more freedom, but, knowing the Chinese government from its past history, that might be overly optimistic.

If Britain hadn't handed back Hong Kong and Kowloon to China this may never had happened, only the New Territories had a 99 lease over them - Hong Kong and Kowloon was lost to the British in the Opium wars and should have remained as a self governing member of the Commonwealth like Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

But for the truth about Hong Kong

People's police must protect people's peace. Pro-violence riot is not demonstration, it is terrorism.
