I don't understand how the US government can pass laws to protect criminals but fail to use the military to seal it's borders against the slow invasion of the USA from the south. America is bleeding a slow death and actually it's the fault of not just the government but also of it's citizens who don't vote out the politicians who allow these laws to pass through loopholes disguised/hidden in with other measures. The glory days when the USA was a country that stood for something good and decent have been over for many a year now and in the future historians will devote about a paragraph to it's place in time.

The headline left out the accurate term "illegal" which make all the difference. More media Shepard guidance for the sheep evidence.

@Hawkeye

Please don't confuse America (North, Central & South and the Caribbean) with the United States of America (U.S./USA)!

How many other countries' citizens would tolerate their government allowing massive illegal immigration in the 5-10 million range? A lot of countries don't want or support legal immigration with reasonable limits, much less illegal immigration. Why should the American people accept illegals and pay for the additional cost? It's insanity, pure and simple. Mexico doesn't accept it and treats illegal immigrants harshly. Funny thing is, I'm hearing that illegal immigration is exploding in Japan. Some are now estimating that Japan has about 5 million illegal Chinese immigrants.

Illegal immigrants should feel stuck, but not legal immigrants, just a matter of headline.

I understand that BOTH political parties in the US want a continous influx 3rd world immigration into the US, the democrats because it guarantees them a voter base, and the reps because their big corporate sponsors want a pool of cheap labour to keep costs down. So the US voters don´t really have a choice.... am I wrong?

@kamejima47 I'm not confusing North, Central or South America with the United States. Everyone in the United States uses the term Americans and their meaning is people who are citizens of the United States. Most Americans don't even associate that there is a North, Central or South America and the Caribbean thing is not even part of the point. Perhaps people in North, Central and South America could technically consider themselves as Americans but they don't. They associate themselves with the name of the country they live in, for example my daughter's friends are from Peru and when some other Latino asks them if they are Mexican, they get pissed off and say "NO" I am Peruvian. They tell us that they look down on the Mexicans as being the lowest class of the Latino peoples in the Americas and I am talking about financially not their personalities as I have many Mexican friends and when I say to them that they are Latino they say to me "no" I am not a Latino I am a Mexican. There is a lot of prejudice among the folks south of the US border towards each other. North of the border we have the Canadians who mostly wish that they were the 51st state in the United States except for their healthcare system which is better than anything that Obama care can offer.

Odd headlines make it seem as though legal immigrants feel stuck. The headline should be......

Illegal Immigrants in U.S. feel stuck after judge blocks Obama orders

Now that is better......

If they and their parents would have entered the US legally in the first place they wouldn't feel stuck now.

Deport them all and end this problem!

Then what is your solution to the agricultural industry? Certain segments of the U.S. economy, like agriculture, are entirely dependent upon illegal immigrants. Majority of the workers employed in U.S. agriculture are illegals, with the overwhelming majority of these workers coming from Mexico. Any potential immigration reform could have significant impacts on the U.S. fruit and vegetable industry. The reality, however, is that if the goverment enforces and deports substantial number of undocumented farm workers, there would be a tremendous labor shortage and much higher prices at the market.

Let's try it and find out.
