LOL. What "clear top tier" has emerged? The 2020 Democratic National Convention isn't scheduled to take place until July 13–16, 2020. There's plenty of time for Democrats, the loony left, progressives, socialists, and Hillary worshippers to abuse the candidates until there is only one Democrat Presidential candidate left standing.
