1) You're not an American voter and 2) he is still very much loved by the Democratic party.

I'm reminded of the old "The dog that caught the car" analogy...

The far-right wanted Rowe vs Wade rescinded for years - and now they finally achieved it...

But which was politically better?

Under Rowe, they could argue that any abortion was killing babies - they didn't have to take a stand and DEFINE their view - they could just say life begins at conception and that was it...

Now they have to SAY their view on abortion - does life still begin at conception and is any abortion after that "murder". How about a six week ban - is that still killing babies? And the Big Unanswerable - is it OK to permit child murder until the 15th week?

As we've seen with interview after interview - and the posts here, MAGA-world "cuts and runs" when these questions are posed. They know that their evangelical base's No 1 issue is protecting the unborn, so they can't betray them. On the other hand they've seen the pro-choice polls and the referendums even in Red States supporting abortion rights.

They're stuck - in a huge problem of their own making...and it's so enjoyable watching them squirm..

Tough one that. Biden was in decline when he won but deteriorated badly. Hit a wall. You can see the difference in his 2020 and 2024 debate performances.

Similar to Trump. He was in decline in 2020. He’s also hit a wall.
