Actually, it’s woman that are mostly worried about their first amendment rights being drowned out. When law makers and politicians decide for themselves that biology is irrelevant, we have a serious crisis on our hands. If the gender woke Washington elite idiots would make a separate category for Transgenders it wouldn’t be a problem, but to try and incorporate them into biological born women’s sports is as outrageous as it gets. So yes, every biological woman should be furious about their voices not being heard.

The bill specifically says schools can't adopt or use books, instructional materials that "promote, normalize, support, or address LGBT issues or lifestyles."

It calls those educational materials inappropriate and says promoting LGBTQ issues and lifestyles in public schools offends a "significant portion of students' parents and Tennessee residents with Christian values."

That's simply a law that says LGBTQ people shouldn't exist in books in schools. It's just another culture war that conservatives rely on these days. They can't come up with a healthcare plan or immigration plan, so distract the masses by telling them life in America will end if they vote for the other guy and leave it at that.

Those who think one's sex is binary and determined by their genetics, XY or YY, ought to spend some time reading the medical literature on intersex children, Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome (AIS), XXY (Klinefelter Syndrome) in a world where children born with ambiguous genitalia (bits and pieces of both sexes) are routinely assigned a sex surgically upon birth. It is a completely arbitrary choice made by doctors long before the baby can tell anyone if they feel male or female. As much as 1.7% of babies are born with ambiguous genitalia. Some who carry AIS will be genetically male, meaning XY, but physically they will be fully female except for the lack of ovaries (there could be testicles where the ovaries could be but more often you have what are called "smear gonads" that usually are removed to prevent them from becoming cancerous later in life.
