Modi is better known for making tall statements for the sake of headlines than any tangible achievements.

The government has approved two vaccines -- AstraZeneca/Oxford University's Covishield and one produced by Indian pharmaceutical firm Bharat Biotech.

The second one was approved without Phase 3 trials, apparently to pressurize SII to reduce their price for Covishield.

Two Indian Pharma Companies, SII & Bharat Biotech, finally developed the vaccine to tackle COVID19, have decided to come together in rolling out vaccines required to eradicate novel Corona virus from India & help other nations! The CEO of Serum Institute India & chairman of Bharat Biotech issues a joint statement in which they said that their efforts are for saving lives from COVID19 not just in India but the world!
