Iran and Russia on Tuesday criticized and scoffed at Trump administration plans to protect oil deposits in Syria

Wait, I thought Trump was Putin's puppet. What gives?

Usually when someone illegally takes something and refuses to let the legitimate owners access to it, it's called THEFT.

'Protection' is where someone threatens to damage or destroy something unless the legitimate owners pay them off.

Wait, I thought Trump was Putin's puppet. What gives?

What gives? Russian disinformation is what gives....and they've been doing it since 2015....

And what's even more amazing is so many Americans are falling for it...

Trump strategy for Syria... flip/flop, flip/flop

Wait, I thought Trump was Putin's puppet. What gives?

The pressure on the balls vice wounded back a little? Doesn't mean Putin can't tighten them up again.

The Trump's families were THIEVES!....Oh wait, backup: That includes  Bush Jr. and Obama,Hillary....all of them !

When times come that the Syrian regime, at the end of this political process, is capable enough to protect the country's territories and eliminate the terrorist organization (PKK)

Translation, When Syria eliminates/kills all the Kurds, then Turkey will relinquish its hold on Syrian land.

Wait, I thought Trump was Putin's puppet. What gives?

Naah, they were vigorously pushing that narrative only to try to hide the fact that Hillary had infinitely closer ties to Russia.

Anyway, if their goal was only to protect the oil fields, there is no valid reason to exploit those fields, that is theft.

Initially it was to deny IS access to the oil and consequent cash inflow.

Then they must have looked around and thought, who gets these fields when we leave? Who is strong enough to fight IS out here? And wait, this oil could be a useful bargaining chip!

Photos I have seen look primitive in the extreme. Can we be sure that the US is actually bothering to exploit them for their oil?

Her tax returns didn't indicate that there is any substance behind this claim. She wasn't beholden to Russia financially. It's all on record, very transparent.

Defense spending bolsters the fossil economies of the world, benefiting the .01% while the rest of the world gets trickled down on (when lucky) and forced to breathe burnt fossil fuel fumes.

Conservation and alternative energies. Stop burning so much oil and gas.

Quote: Turkey has led a military incursion into northeastern Syria to create a 30-kilometer (19-mile) "safe zone" between Kurdish fighters and the Turkish border.

Meanwhile it has become clear that Turkey is not simply wanting to remove those YPG fighters from that blue DMZ across northern Syria, but all of the Kurds living there, i.e. straight ethnic cleansing.

Is this winning?

Putin can't tighten up what he doesn't have. Keep beatin' that dead horse though.

Donnie's buddies - Russia who he bows down to and does everything they say and Syria whose leader murders his own people with chemical weapons...

Donnie's buddies - Russia who he bows down to and does everything they say

Sure, lincolnman, just make up stuff and post it. Jeez...

and Syria whose leader murders his own people with chemical weapons...

Trump supports Assad, does he? Is that why in April 2018 he ordered missile strikes against Syrian government military targets following claims of Syrian government use of chemical weapons? Sure, lincolnman, just make up stuff and post it. Jeez...

Vlad, Bassar - I'm going to pull out of Syria, abandon the Kurds, and give it all to you guys.

You're welcome - signed Donald "The Dimwit" Trump....

Always comes down to oil in the end, doesn't it? Destroy entire countries, wreck the planet... whatever it takes, eh?

Such a shame conservatives don't want to conserve the one thing worth saving.

just make up stuff and post it. Jeez...

Odd. Don't see any YouTube misinformation videos posted from basements today.

Perhaps because her tax returns do not include "donations" to the Clinton foundation.

Anyway, an internal DNC poll before the 2016 election revealed that Hillary's top vulnerability was her ties to Russia. So the DNC itself believed her ties were a problem. That is why they so vigorously projected the fake Vlad-Donny narrative for years, and posters here can't seem to be able let go of it.

Trump's stealing of Syrian oil is not right, and he has many faults, but ties to Russia (or Putin) is not one of them.

Better open your eyes...the evidence is staring you right in the face;

Manafort, Gates, Flynn, Papadapolous, Sessions, Don Jr, and Jared all met with Russians and lied about it. Manafort gave Trump campaign polling data to the Russians to use in their influence effort - that's collusion.

Cohen was in Russia negotiating with Putin's cronies on Trump Tower Moscow when Trump was yelling "I have no business ties in Russia".

Don Jr and Eric in 2014 said "they get all the money they need from Russia"

Then Donnie licks Putin's boots every time they get together - he just bent over backward to thank him for the Bahgdadi operation.

Answer one question - what has Trump done in three years to criticize and force Putin out of Crimea?
