vented their anger at the U.S., which on Tuesday vetoed a draft U.N. Security Council resolution calling for an immediate humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza.

as expected

Stop the GENOCIDE .

30,0000 Gazans already murdered and 100,000 injured.

Hiw many more have to die before Israel stops?

5 ( +9 / -4 )

Until the hostages are returned it seems it’s not stopping?

agree with Laila

The IDF are killing far too many civilians outright, to be even be considered as 'collateral damage'.

Hamas uses their own people as a shield after a terrorist orgy of killing, rape and torture of Jews.

ISRAEL media reporting ISRAELI Intel. using the casualty figures from Hamas in Gaza as an accurate description.

wheres the link?

Hamas uses their own people as a shield after a terrorist orgy of killing, rape and torture of Jews.

yeah, we all know that.

i had always thought the Israelis were smart enough to see the trap they were being led into. Guess not.

So do you think it's acceptable to just kill the human shields?

4 ( +6 / -2 )

Israel knows the risks better than you and anyone else. What do you propose they do besides keep the killing of innocent civilians at an absolute low number as is humanly possible?

So do you think it's acceptable to just kill the human shields?

same question to you. Go.

-5 ( +4 / -9 )

No. Compare with 600,000 civilians killed in Syria. Compare with 400,000 civilians killed in Yemen.

That's 1 MILLION civilians. No one cares though, because Israel wan't involved.

And there's the crux of the problem. These people have no issue whatsoever with a million Muslims being killed if its by Muslims.

But Jews killing a single Muslim in self defense? Outrage.

This isn't about some concern about the plight of Palestinians.

Its about Jew hatred.

-11 ( +3 / -14 )

i had always thought the Israelis were smart enough to see the trap they were being led into.

Judging from what is happening in Gaza, it looks like the Arabs set a trap and then found out they are the bait wherever they are.

So do you think it's acceptable to just kill the human shields?

It's definitely not justifiable for Hamas to have human shields be killed.

Nobody living in any building still standing in Gaza can be sure that they will live another second, minute, hour or day, or when they go to their bed, not wake up to find themselves buried alive under the rubble of their home and die a slow, lonely, pain-filled death. Under the rubble of Gaza's apocalyptic wasteland the Zionists have left in their wake lie buried beside the thousands of rotting corpses all pretence to morality, international law, human rights and justice while belief in the good faith and human decency of government people in the self-styled democracies of America and the West is no longer possible for anyone with a heart and conscience. Israel and the world will pay a heavy price for this unprecedented enormity the Masters of War have inflicted on the 2 million plus defenseless human beings treated like Amalek cattle for the slaughter.

4 ( +9 / -5 )

So do you think it's acceptable to just kill the human shields?

It depends. Proportionality is something that needs to be considered. Killing human shields if deemed proportional isn’t against any type of international law however

Horrific, isn't it?

Personally, Id review my support of Hamas....

-7 ( +4 / -11 )

No. The terrorists are and will continue paying the price for their massacre of 1400 civilians in Israel.

-10 ( +5 / -15 )

Just curious: How many dead civilians would be an acceptable amount to be considered collateral damage?

Hamas doesn’t give two hoots about the citizens of Gaza!

thanks Stan! Tell us something we don’t know!

big news for you. Israel’s decision to out demon Hamas is having very large scale consequences. Whether you care to admit it or not, Hamas has goaded Israel into international pariah status, and they’re taking the post war order down with them.

don’t bother trying to tell me that I’m imagining this. I’m receiving the backlash personally for an operation I don’t support in any way.

""Where's the link " argument not sound in the age of Google mate.

And "look at Gaza before Oct " misses the FACT that the over whelming controls and surveillance were unseen by the Israel supporters.

Not for nothing was Gaza described as the worlds largest prison.

Even fisherman could,nt take their boats beyond some arbitrary line a few K's offshore.

Try leaving Gaza....nope not possible without many controls.

Western Press cant enter.

Yep...sounds like Paradise....if only Gaza could love the boot on its throat...

Whether you care to admit it or not, Hamas has goaded Israel into international pariah status, and they’re taking the post war order down with them.

Most first world countries have voiced their unequivocal support for Israel. Indeed, the lack of criticism from the Arab world is a sign they have nothing but contempt for Hamas as well.

"Pariah" is nothing but projection on your part.

you gonna try to tell us the CFR is anti-Semitic?

oh dear, the anti-globalist movement would get quite the laugh out of that one…

""Where's the link " argument not sound in the age of Google mate.

If you can’t back up your claim then it looks bad for you. When I was writing research papers in university I had to cite my sources, I couldn’t just say “Google it, bro”

If there were a worldwide vote on the legitimacy of the right for Israel to exist then it surely would not.

I’m a believer in democracy…

2 ( +6 / -4 )

Why do you insist on claiming that criticism of the razing of Gaza is support for Hamas?

Israel is razing Gaza. Hamas action caused Israel to raze Gaza.

see how easy that was?

If there were a worldwide vote on the legitimacy of the right for Israel to exist then it surely would not.

I’m a believer in democracy…

No, you're not. You're a believer in something very different. As evidenced by this post.

Muslim Americans and Youth Voters are watching this Gaza Genocide and will NOT vote Biden!

Israel won't stop the massacre if instead of sanctions it gets support to do so and for doing so

How about Egypt next door? Why don't they take in Gazans who wish to leave?

I don’t know, Stan…perhaps they realize that Israel would love to push all those Gazans into the Sinai, slam the door and make it Egypts problem?

I seem to remember hearing about a week ago that an assault on Rafah just might make Egypt reevaluate their peace treaty with Israel.

Consequences? What Consequences?

Is there any country doubling down on their support of Israel regarding the Gaza Genocide? Global public opinion is going from bad to worse.

4 ( +5 / -1 )

Global public opinion is going from bad to worse.

The Jews learned along time ago, almost a hundred years ago, that no nation can guarantee their security.

Is there any country doubling down on their support of Israel regarding the Gaza Genocide? Global public opinion is going from bad to worse.

Yeah public opinion.

Govt actions would help though

You are a citizen of a democracy, Ian. I hope you are voting.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

Muslim Americans and Youth Voters are watching this Gaza Genocide and will NOT vote Biden!

yeah Hope. Trump and his fervent Christian Nationalist base are gonna come in and rescue the Palestinians with that stand alone congressional funding for Israel you were cheering a couple weeks ago.

go away…

I’m a believer in democracy…

I’m sure this sentiment would extend to plenty of countries (the US, China, etc.)

-4 ( +1 / -5 )

The Jews learned along time ago, almost a hundred years ago, that no nation can guarantee their security.

And now after "Operation Amalek" they'll discover that they won't be able to guarantee their own security themselves, either. Israel has lost the right and will one day lose the ability to exist as a racist ethno-state for anyone who call themselves "Jews".

Exactly.

It seems like they have accepted this challenge.

Killing human shields if deemed proportional isn’t against any type of international law however

That's comforting then. Who deems the proportionality? Is comparison to law the only measure of senseless slaughter? How about some moral determinant? If Israel uses such an argument it surely exposes a descent into moral depravity

4 ( +4 / -0 )

The Jews learned along time ago, almost a hundred years ago, that no nation can guarantee their security.

Israel being a prime example of that.

Hamas uses their own people as a shield

Did the French resistance use French civilians as human shields during WW2?

-2 ( +2 / -4 )

"Human Shields" Schmields! are as threadbare and transparent as the the euphemisms employed by other genocidal racists with their "special treatment" and "Final Solutions". History may not repeat itself, but make no mistake it rhymes.
