The Israeli Governments actions are is a blatant disrespect of international law.
The international community has lost count of the number of UN Security Council Resolutions in respect to continued occupation, and the building of settlements.

The small town of Qela is home to under 300 people. Its original neighborhood of Bruchim, which will be rebranded as Trump Heights, is home to less than a dozen.
The French have a rather disconcerting noun. amour proper, “esteem must be found by the approval of others first”.
Could “Trump Heights” not be a direct reflection of the Presidents ego, self-conceit.

I love it! After Trump ends his term (whether its 2020 or 2024), he can go there, take up residency and retire. Then you won't have Trump to kick around anymore.

On a serious note, occupying powers exercise no legal sovereignty over the territory they occupy. The Golan Heights belongs to the Syrian people. And an occupying power that transfers its own civilians into occupied territory for the purposes of colonization is committing a war crime.
I guess it's appropriate that Trump has a war crime named after him.
