Hamas came in through fences, not tunnels. Never in the annals of history have so many been killed by so few all for tunnels. To believe the IDF's Operation "Tunnel", the fatuous excuse (Gleiwitz, Tonkin Bay etc.) for war on the people of Gaza is nothing but "Tunnel Madness" in the service of geopolitical gains.

But there are tunnels. That isnt what has to be proven. It has to be proven, by an independent body, not the IDF, that the hospital was being used as the HQ for terrorist operations. However, let me just remind everyone that this doesnt legitimise the bombing of hospital. The targeting of hospital and ambulance is a violation of international humanitarian law.

Well, it looks like the hospitals of Gaza are in fact military bases for Hamas.

The Associated Press could not independently verify the Israeli claims that the weapons were found inside the hospital. Of course they couldn't.

There are tunnels and basements/bunkers. The Israelis let them build them. What Israel now has to prove is whether Hamas were actually using them as a base of terrorist operations.

If there is no clear independently assessed concrete physical evidence of a underground structure defined as a command canter, quote headquarters beneath the hospital, with a labyrinth/ supply network of tunnels etc.

Then the IDF and the Israeli government could be subject to accusations of acts associated with war crimes. ICC has stated it has jurisdiction under international law.

The US Government could be subject to follow prudence in such a scenario.   

The Israeli government has every right to defend itself, Hamas acts of terrorism, the 7th oct atrocities, hostage taking, all demand a response.
