A spark here, a spark there, and you have multiple fires instead of the original one. Stop trying to put the blame on Muslims for everything.

Headlines today [Monday] declare that "Arab Youths" started these fires.

WilliB, fire spreads like that.

" Investigators speculated that the fire could have been set accidentally, or it might have been a criminal act, but pretty much ruled out some sort of attack by a Palestinian group. "

That is political correctness. Fact is, there are now already several other fires in other forest, and they absolutely look like arson. Forest fire jihad.

Very nasty. I pity the people who died such a terrible death.

But I could have sworn ABC news earlier said it was prisoners (or mostly prisoners) who died? At least they gave that impression, and they 100% for certain did not suggest that the dead were all guards trying to rescue Palestinians. I hope this isn't a smoke screen.

Israel is better known for sending its own rescue teams and medical personnel to other countries to help in their disaster relief efforts...Greece, Spain and Cyprus agreed to send firefighting helicopters, and additional aid was coming from Britain, Russia, Egypt, Azerbaijan, Romania, Jor dan and Bulgaria.

Nice to see these countries helping out.

Truly sad. I used to live not too far away from these forests and they were beautiful. The weather there has been unusually hot down there too for this season. I am glad that Turkey has come to help. R.I.P. to all the victims.

Now it is Chanukah for practicing Jews, what a horrible way to go, to burn to death in a bus. Saving prison inmates? RIP dead Israelis and I hope they find who ever is responsible for sending these prison guards in way too late and right into a terrible fire.

Most of the dead were Prison Service guards racing through the fire toward a prison to evacuate the inmates, most of them Palestinians.

The guards are heroes. RIP.
