What would Israel say if a Palestinian strike killed 4 Jewish children and five innocent civilians while taking out three military leaders responsible for the deaths of hundreds of Palestinians? They would decimate Gaza is what they would do. So what retribution should the Palestinians take against Israel's continued hostility?

And yet, no talk of war crimes or taking those responsible to the International Criminal Court, unlike in the case of Russia. Funny that.

Toblerone, unlike the Ukraine cases the ICC has clearly established jurisdiction (they did hearings, heard arguments, and Palestine having signed and ratified the Rome Statute was ruled to give the ICC jurisdiction despite Israel's not having done so) clear crimes of transporting children across the border without the permission of the family and then locking them in notorious prisons, sometimes without even charging them with a crime, and yet somehow all the cases ground to a halt when the new ICC Prosecutor, who hadn't even made the ICC short list of candidates, got American backing and was selected to replace the previous one.

Nobody cares when Israeli citizens are killed by terrorist attacks but when Israel takes legally permissible defensive counteractions suddenly everyone cries terror attack.

Four more innocent children murdered.......Is there another name for this? Yes, it is happening in the Ukraine by Russian army thugs, and the whole world, quite rightly, condemns it, but when it is Palastinian children, nothing. By the way, in a previous comment there was a reference to the ICC and its new leader being promoted there because of the USA's vote. Very weird indeed, The USA is one of the few world countries that is not a signatory to the ICC. Ask yourself why, and think back to the Iraq and Afghanistan invasions and who ordered them?
