seems like the headline is biased. it should read something more truthful such as "Israel airstrike takes out Iranian missiles in Syria intended to kill innocent Jewish babies. 18 terrorists eliminated"

the head of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights war monitor, Rami Abdel Rahman, told AFP.

Not this guy again. The grand-sounding Syrian Observatory for Human Rights is in fact a one man blog run from his kitchen by Mr. Rahman, whose day job is managing a clothes shop in Coventry with his wife.

How does a clothes shop owner in Coventry source such detailed information and why is he endlessly quoted in the Western media as the go-to expert on Syria? The obvious answer is obvious: he's an Mi6 cutout funded by the British Government.

don't forget what Hamas did to cause this

Syria's foreign ministry condemned the raids, accusing Israel of trying to "provoke a further escalation in the region".

Exactly. Netanyahu is desperate to expand the war into a greater regional conflict. He's desperate for that.

If Syrian sovereign borders mattered as much as Ukraine’s there would be outrage, sanctions and Syrian flags waving in Western capitals.

Don’t hold your breath waiting for fairness. The hypocrisy is in your face

Well said.

and no sanctions?no cutting from swift?no international order?

nothing.because somebody CAN do it and rest CANT...

sure 17 people are just some excel number a peanuts when compare with carnage in Gaza...

Syria would have to stop hosting Iranian proxies, Iranians, and their weapons to play the victim card.

Out of fear and guilt the Israelis are digging themselves a hole to hell with their way of "making friends" with malice aforethought. The list of Arabs in surrounding countries lusting for revenge grows exponentially by the day. It can't be emphasized enough that American politicians taking the shekel have much to answer for and the bill may well have to be paid in blood, too, by their constituents. Can Harris stop this vicious circle of violence? I wouldn't bet a cent on it.

Israel will not stop until it’s goal of creating Greater Israel is completed.

the elimination of a terrorist organization (Hamas) that takes hostages is a movement everyone should support

Agree, once they are gone and the hostage release the region can move forward. Sadly many seams to like the actual situation included the terrorist.

Seems like the headline is biased...should read Israel commits another war crime with no consequences...!

The hypocrisy continues

The removal of the illegal settlers and severe punishment for their price tag war crimes should be something everybody supports...

How long is Israel to get a free pass for every atrocity they commit in the name of protecting Israel?

Yes but Israel is a far worse terrorist entity, especially now they've stepped up the genocidal killing of Palestinians using Hamas as an excuse.
