Italian PM Meloni pays tribute to victims after gunman kills 3 women:

Apparently, mass shooting is not the prerogative of countries like US, Mexico, Columbia, etc.., or countries infested with extremists.

It has started to spread widely to more countries in other continents..

Just based on what I have read about the shooter's admiration of Hitler and Mussolini and his little shrine to them I would wager he was a very much an extremist.

Tragic events but mass shootings happen in Europe but at a lower level than in the U.S.

No mention of his admiration of Hitler and Mussolini.

"The suspect shooter, 57-year-old Claudio Campi, allegedly opened fire on a meeting of his apartment building's residents in a northern district of Rome, using a Glock pistol stolen from a shooting stand."

"In a post on his blog in November, he wrote of his conflictual relationship with the people managing the building, who he accused of trying to force him out of his lodgings."

The annual death rate for mass shootings. Italy 0.009 per 1 million. The U.S. 0.089.

In Europe, mass attacks are more part of terrorism than in the U.S.
