J&J asks FDA to authorize booster shots of COVID vaccine

The boosters need to go through the three stage clinical trial same as any other experimental drug. I will volunteer for the control group.

This validates the Israeli system whereby vaccinations are deemed null and void after 6 months has passed.

Um, no. More willful ignorance and disinformation.

Immunity does fall off with time but a simple booster increases it by a factor of 9 (if my memory serves correct).

Just like influenza you get a booster every x period of time and it’s no big deal, nobody screams about a conspiracy.

More importantly the J&J vaccine can serve as an initial bridge for those lacking access to other vaccines but in desperate need of initial protection.

AND, Moderna seems to not have this issue.

So the attempt to paint one limitation of one safe and effective vaccine (with periodic boosters) on all vaccines is a false equivalence and in my judgment a willful attempt to disinform.
