It all puts Garland, who has spent his tenure trying to shield the Justice Department from political pressure, in a precarious spot.

Precarious spot? No way. He has a job to do, and that is to put this country's worst crime lord and traitor in prison forever, along with his minions and enablers. They knew what they were doing and it was nothing short of organized corruption and treason.

Yeah, he needs to hurry because the clocks ticking on the Democrats and after November it’s all over for them. So yes, Garland is under enormous pressure to indict as many people as they can as well as the former President.

Garland has given no public indication about whether prosecutors might be considering a case against the former president.

Garland fully understands that however he proceeds with this, it can come back to bite him and the Democrat party and hard! He knows after the GOP takeover House in November, they will start their own investigations and push for indictments and that can hurt them in a big way. So he really needs to think this one through.

This was a big deal! Until it wasn’t.

An official review found that the White House phone records for Jan. 6, 2021, are complete, CNN reported Thursday, citing a source familiar with the matter, following reports earlier in the week that the call logs given to the House select committee investigating the attack on the Capitol had a gap of more than seven hours that day.

so you might want to consider your previous Jan 6 committee is lying to you, for politics.

More than 750 people have been charged with federal crimes.

Federal. Wow. Most likely they weren’t tourists after all.

Well it’s a good thing that somewhere else even a group of confirmed neo-Nazis that is less than 900 people has been determined to be an insignificant number for people to cause concern.

Only 750 people charged out of 75 million voters. What’s that math?

The party of law and order ladies and gentlemen.

It's a big deal for anyone who ends up serving time and having a criminal record. Rest of life problems for them.

Depends, now yes, in 2 years, they won’t.

Many now have regrets.

In believing that their government worked for all Americans, but just a certain select.

Trespassing isn’t much of a big deal compared to the crimes liberal DAs are straight out dropping these days.

So, other than your opinions on liberal DAs and Ukrainian neonazis, any thoughts on this news story?

While president/counselor communication is normally confidential and outside the realm of investigation, Trump and Meadows are alleged to have committed criminal conspiracy in the weeks and days leading to the attack. That is, if the content of their communication in itself is criminal, it may no longer be deemed confidential. That Trump appears to have used burner phones or some other means of communication on the day of the attack itself, so we'll likely never know who he called and when, there is undoubtedly a whole lot of email and messaging between Trump and Meadows.

For those who think this is but a nothingburger: No. It is only getting started. First is to ascertain where to look; second, how. We're well into that second stage.

as you well know, having any criminal record in America is a problem,

It can be, but it also depends on what you do after that, there are ways of getting by without it being a deaf sentence to your very existence.

and should another offense be committed the record will be considered in the sentencing.

And since the vast majority of them don’t have criminal records the courts as you say do have to take that into consideration.

So you are expecting some future Republican president will issue pardons?

Of course

I very much doubt that.

I also doubted that Biden was going to be President and here we are.

For those who think this is but a nothingburger: No. It is only getting started.

The bottom line is, if the Democrats think that they’re going to get Trump into prison, they are so sadly mistaken, this is what the fourth time now, it’s starting to look really pathetic.

already did.

The last "bombshell" from the Jan6th committee? Also fake news.

No records were missing and no 7 hour gap in calls.

Dont you find it odd that only certain emails or certain documents leak while others are never released at all? (cough: Ray Epps transcript)

That is, if the content of their communication in itself is criminal, it may no longer be deemed confidential.

so to see IF it is or not, you get to see it?

defeats the purpose of being confidential and you know Schiff has a direct leak line to CNN.

You have to have something outside of the content of the actual conversations to prove criminality.

But as I have informed you a million times, rates have nothing to do with the size of populations. Rates are always calculated per 100,000 people.

That’s what the left keep trying to tell us.

Asians were most likely to work in occupations such as management (10.2 percent), healthcare practitioners and technical (9.1 percent), and computer and mathematical (8.5 percent).

Yes, that’s right. They put a heavy emphasis on education, always have and are the most productive members of society.
