I give it another 12-18 months before voter fraud in 2020 becomes the next "everyone knew that vaccinated people could still get COVID" type narrative.

I looked for this, and the only source I could find was the dubious (to say the least) patriot.win. But I'm sure you have a more reliable source.

A team of Department of Attorney General investigators began examining the matter in November 2020.  and the case was resolved last week.

If you're accused of attempting a crime, you failed at it. Attempted murder means you didn't manage to do it.
