A presidential criminal conspiracy in the USA ?

no they didnt actually see "evidence" of anything.
They filed a brief to hope a sympathetic judge will use this claim to do what the article said.

Is the "evidence" stronger than the previous "irrefutable evidence" of Russian collusion?
If they follow this approach, the Trump side might be given the opportunity to make their case on the outcome of that election...

No sheeeeet, Sherlock! But apparently protective of the privileges of impunity for their fellow members of America's governing class, team Biden and Garland have shown little appetite for demonstrating one of the tenets of a democracy, that nobody is above the law. Rather they seem determined to let the clock run out and allow their bros further right to once again pull down the shutters on the crimes and misdemeanors of a treasonous president thereby pouring salt on the wounded feelings of Americans who have been shedding tears of rage at the blatant exhibition of justice denied after enduring the agony of insult and injury waiting in vain for the revindication of their trust in their government.

I see "evidence"...... of voter fraud.

Didnt we hear that these claims of workers in nursing homes forging signatures and dropping off batches of mail in ballots were false?
Tell that to Trenae Myesha Rainey, 28, who will be reporting to jail for election fraud on two dozen ballots.
Still the most secure election in history, right?

Perhaps it is time for this former President to seek asylum in Russia!

Yes. Catching attempted fraud is evidence that the system is working.

Recent news overlooked due to other issues in the world-
I give it another 12-18 months before voter fraud in 2020 becomes the next "everyone knew that vaccinated people could still get COVID" type narrative.
"None one ever said that there was not election fraud, everyone knew there was. "But it wasnt 'overwhelming' and they had to do it because the orange guy was..... threatening democracy's neck...with a knife! We just didnt know the nice old man would actually DO anything bad like all these things. sorry not sorry, moving on"

I looked for this, and the only source I could find was the dubious (to say the least) patriot.win. But I'm sure you have a more reliable source.

A team of Department of Attorney General investigators began examining the matter in November 2020. and the case was resolved last week.
Oddly doesnt mention if these votes were counted or not on Nov 3rd, 2020.
Catching robbers just indicates robbers exist. No one says all robbers are caught.
Express sister
It literally says "attempted" in the headline of the article that you, yourself, linked to.
Please read your sources.
Blacklabel
thats correct, you can "attempt" something and also successfully do it.
That one word is the only thing you have as evidence that they didnt count these ballots that they just confirmed last week were forged?
Express sister
That's not how the word "attempt" is used.
If you're accused of attempting a crime, you failed at it. Attempted murder means you didn't manage to do it.
