So, once again the Trump administration has lost. NOT because there is anything wrong with rapid deportation of people who have no legal right to be here (a policy that no one would argue with), but because they tried to sneak in language which would have given them power to deport people who do have a legal right to be here.

No biggie, wait until the SC overturns that ruling and then the deportations will resume.
We also have the legal right NOT to allow illegals to stay in the country and can deport them if necessary.
As a sovereign nation, if you are illegal, you actually don’t have the right to be in any foreign country, you can ask or apply for asylum, but it doesn’t have to be granted.

Nah, we'll wait for impeachment, that will be quicker...
See-ya Donnie - the NYSD Prosecutor is waiting for you...
Just a suggestion, but I'd pick a different lawyer than Rudy - unless you want double the sentence...

Didn’t lose anything. Just delayed until it gets out of the lower courts where liberal judges have agendas.
Not only an Obama judge but he wanted this judge on the Supreme Court, so one of his favorites.

Makes sense.
Trump's hateful authoritarianism won't wash with true defenders of liberty and democracy, as we can see.
The rancid administration and its followers are corrupt to the core.

“Trump's hateful authoritarianism won't wash with true defenders of liberty and democracy....”
Don’t fool yourself. The blowback we’re seeing now is a rejection of hypocrite liberalism and its insanely optimistic confidence in Pol Pot style remaking of society solutions. Their increasingly brazen Utopianism correlates with an accelerating debasement of liberty and democracy and is precisely what brought us to this impasse. Importing the endemic poverty and corruption of failed multi ethnic states is guaranteed to make things worse.

This shows how the Right has radicalized their base. No thought required in this opinion and it gets rolled out every time Trump loses in the courts.
Add in the training they've received to distrust academics and science and it goes a long way to an entirely thoughtless process when presented with evidence.
It works well with non-college educated white males who flock to the GOP.

I’m educated enough to see that all these things that are blocked at low level courts by Obama appointees get overturned at the higher levels.
did the law change as the cases progress? No it’s just stall tactics by liberal activist judges. We’ve seen it so many times that their decisions don’t hold up.

The liberals and their games, this ruling will get appealed to the US Supreme Court who going on recent past rulings will over rule the lower courts decision and things will return to normal.
The money that must get wasted by liberals and their constant games to impede at all cost must be a massive waste to the US taxpayer.

Dishonest and insulting to the victims of that regime.
Whereas that white supremacism is really working out for the US, eh?

He won’t be removed, so then what? Lol
If anyone will face the prosecutor it’ll be the previous VP and his son.
Bingo.
Spot on. But as usual, this ruling will be overturned then Trump can proceed.

Keep saying that while clicking your Ruby Slippers three times - maybe you'll be brought back to reality....where Trump's confession is already in writing...
Hey Rudy, is your client guilty? No!....He Rudy, is your client guilty? Of Course!
Like socialist subsidies to farmers?
Proceed from where - Rikers to Leavenworth?
Jimizo
When are you going to say enough is enough with Trump’s out of control socialist spending?
This doesn’t seem temporary. He’s piling that debt on.
