After the election, Meadows was widely seen in the White House as a chief instigator of Trump’s fixation on the election, passing along debunked conspiracies about fraud that other officials were forced to swat down. He pushed one theory that people in Italy had changed votes in the U.S. with satellite technology, a claim that former Justice Department official Richard Donoghue labeled “pure insanity.”

Pure insanity....an accurate description of all the far-out fairy tales of fraud propagated by Trump and his band of coup plotters...

Fraud proven in court? The only cases we've seen involve Repubs....

*Conservative activists **Jacob Wohl and Jack Burkman have each pleaded guilty to one count of telecommunications fraud after authorities in Ohio accused them of running a voter suppression campaign in 2020 that relied on thousands of illegal robocalls that targeted multiple states with election misinformation. The alleged scheme, which occurred during the 2020 US election cycle, falsely told recipients that voting by mail could lead to their information being used to carry out forced vaccinations, debt collection or other consequences.*

And speaking of fraud, maybe Mr Meadows can explain those three voting addresses he registered....

Former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows was registered to vote in three states at the same time until North Carolina removed him from the state’s voting rolls last week

Get ready for another 500 "I plead the Fifth" just like all the other Trump cronies that were forced to testify under oath...

It strikes me that all of the attempts at election fraud came from the political far right and members of the Republican Party. In grade school when someone asked "who farted", the usual retort was "he who smelt it, dealt it". I think it is much the same with the Republican cries of election fraud.

Classic. So now he is only registered to vote in two states? Hope they are adjacent. Vote early and vote often my dad used to joke.

Mentioned in the article? or are they “parallel” to someone else mentioned?

Always helps to read the article before posting...thought you would have learned that lesson by now...

*Meadows also sent emails to Justice Department officials after the election alleging voter fraud in Georgia and elsewhere and requesting investigations, Willis wrote. *

Note VOTER FRAUD....

What these two "conservative activists" pleaded GUILTY to...

Pretty easy to connect...when you read the article....ROFL...

U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina asked the U.S. Supreme Court to intervene after a federal appeals court last week ordered him to testify.

If Graham and Meadows are clean and have nothing to be ashamed of, why don't they testify?

You and Lincoln as well as thousands of Dems that continue to focus this and make this a front and center issue just don’t get it. The people keep telling you overwhelmingly that there are other things that they are interested in, and that’s rising cost of inflation, crime, education, and instead of jumping on these kitchen politic issues, and the GOP continues to capitalize on these vacated issues the Dems completely ignore, and this is why they are beating the Dems in every single poll.

MAGA-prayers...saving our 200 year old democracy from fascist authoritarians who attempted a coup and are bent on trampling all over our Constitution is less important than gas prices...

Back to the point - explain why Meadows has three voting addresses...

4 ( +4 / -0 )

Don’t listen to anyone who tells you that most Americans are not interested in this and reels off the list of crime, inflation etc.

Crime and inflation have been an issue in every election. American voters have the sense to be concerned about more than one issue at a time.

The majority want 45 investigated and are concerned about what happened on January 6th.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

yeah if 7% is a "majority" to you.

I think it was in 19th place in the most recently polling.

Even Dems know its a loser

Overall, less than 2 percent of all broadcast TV spending in House races has gone toward Jan. 6 ads, according to ad-tracking firm AdImpact — or just $2.7 million of $163 million. Taken in total, Democrats have aired just two dozen spots focused on threats to democracy this cycle, in roughly 16 different battleground districts.

But some unusually deep polling by the New York Times and Siena College about whether voters care about “threats to democracy,” and how they understand that term, might justify Democrats’ focus on other issues.

That recent survey asked an open-ended question about the “most important issue facing the country today.” Just 7 percent cited “the state of democracy.”

-4 ( +0 / -4 )

not going how you had hoped, is it?

Similarly, voters perceiving a “threat to democracy” are nearly as likely to view Biden as a “major threat” (38 percent) as Trump (45 percent). Forty-nine percent call “electronic voting machines” a major or minor threat (as opposed to no threat at all), and 54 percent feel the same way about voting by mail. The claim with the strongest bipartisan support is that “mainstream media” are a threat to democracy: 84 percent of respondents, including 83 percent of self-identified independents, consider the media a major or minor threat to democracy.

Lots of deflctions...no answers why Meadows, who's name is in the title, had three voting addresses...when he was ranting about fraud by the Dems...

4 ( +4 / -0 )

did he? well good thing this was the "most secure election" in history so he obviously would not have been able to vote more than once.

-4 ( +0 / -4 )

Marky Mark probably rueing the day he agreed to quit a safe seat in the house being a back-bench bomb-thrower for a front seat to too many crimes and indictable offenses to mention.

And now he has to talk about it under oath.

And perhaps answer some rather uncomfortable questions about HIS voter registration over and above the caught on tape crime he was an ear-witness to.

Funny how all the proven instances of voter fraud/intimidation/disinformation seem to be coming from Trump cultists. Projection much?

And not for nothing but the legal process is independent of the political process and as these are state charges, nobody can get a pardon from a future GQP administration should one come to pass, which it probably won’t.

Democrats?

no answers why Meadows, who's name is in the title,

Ask him.

had three voting addresses...when he was ranting about fraud by the Dems...

And?

Next month, the Republicans will only win if there is massive voter fraud.

trumpster is a usurper and traitor, he doesn't rank among the Presidents. And we demand to know the whole truth, it's very obvious that he and his cohorts have raped America. They must ANSWER or their treasonous crimes.

*had three voting addresses**...when he was ranting about fraud by the Dems...*

And?

And thats not legal. He knows it. A “voter fraud expert” such as yourself (cough cough) SHOULD know that too.

It’s not an accident, a mistake or an oversight.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

It's going to be comical listening to the MAGA crowd make big gains in Congrrss saying the voters care about inflation and gas prices, not Hunter Biden.

3 ( +3 / -0 )

Don’t listen to anyone who tells you that most Americans are not interested in this

According to all the polls they are not.

and reels off the list of crime, inflation etc.

That is what matters to the average American.

Crime and inflation have been an issue in every election.

Not like this, not like this, at least since 2008

The majority want 45 investigated and are concerned about what happened on January 6th.

No, they don't

Ask him.

Asking you and BL....

*had three voting addresses**...when he was ranting about fraud by the Dems...*

And?

Gotcha....why did he commit voter fraud?

4 ( +4 / -0 )

Funny how all the proven instances of voter fraud/intimidation/disinformation seem to be coming from Trump cultists. Projection much?

No, I have posted plenty of Democrats being arrested for voter fraud.

What "fraud" did Mark Meadows do? I believe the liberal position is that it is "ok" to be registered in multiple states (cause you obviously "moved"), its "ok" to be a non citizen registered due to DMV errors, its "ok" to be a dead person still on the voter roles, its "ok" if 50 people are registered at the same address, or if 1 person drops off 20 ballots to a ballot drop box.

All this is ok, cause its the most secure election in history, no way a person can vote twice or someone who isnt eligible being able to vote. cant happen!

Cause you know there can be voter suppression at the same time as historically high levels of voter turnout.

Multiple blue states have already sent out 2022 ballots to ineligible voters as a "mistake".

A judge on Wednesday ordered former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows to testify before a special grand jury that's investigating whether President Donald Trump and his allies illegally tried to sway Georgia's results in the 2020 election.

Incredibly humor-filled statement.

-4 ( +0 / -4 )

There was no large-scale or organized voter fraud. None, nada, nil, zip, zero, zilch.

The impossibility of getting so many people of both parties to be a party to a massive conspiracy AND they all keep their mouths shut - it’s so stupid it makes one question the cognition and grip on objective reality of anyone who actually postulates it.

But it’s interesting that to the extent that actual convictions have occurred, they’ve overwhelmingly been GQP supporters.

Next month, the Republicans will only win if there is massive voter fraud.

No, they will win on the disastrous policies of the Democrats.

trumpster is a usurper and traitor,

No, he didn't, he's not a Manning or Snowden.

he doesn't rank among the Presidents.

I feel like that about President 44, but the reality is, he was. History can't is for the record books.

And we demand to know the whole truth,

So do we on the right and yet, we are not getting it, but you guys demand? Seriously.

it's very obvious that he and his cohorts have raped America. They must ANSWER or their treasonous crimes.

So, you are sticking up for the establishment? Wow? But yes, we will get some answers after January when McCarthy has the gavel.

-4 ( +0 / -4 )

Gotcha....why did he commit voter fraud?

If he did, why wasn't he charged and fined? Hmmm...

There was no large-scale or organized voter fraud. None, nada, nil, zip, zero, zilch.

You have every right to believe that, but please don't tell me what to believe.

The impossibility of getting so many people of both parties to be a party to a massive conspiracy AND they all keep their mouths shut - it’s so stupid it makes one question the cognition and grip on objective reality of anyone who actually postulates it.

You think so?

Who says he won't be....and thanks for admitting he committed fraud....

What do you think of individuals like Meadows who attempt to defraud an election?

There was no large-scale or organized voter fraud. None, nada, nil, zip, zero, zilch.

You have every right to believe that, but please don't tell me what to believe.

Trump's hand-picked AG Bill Barr is telling you that...your archive is filled with posts praising him...
