But Trump's attorney, Kise, hailed Trump's “investment genius” during the Friday hearing at a court in Manhattan.

“This is why billionaires are billionaires,” Kise said.

Except the Moron isn't a billionaire - he's a fake, a fraud, a phony....

A lawyer for New York Attorney General Letitia James also tried to persuade Engoron to hand down a summary judgment on the lawsuit's most significant claim — that Trump committed fraud by inflating property values and exaggerating his net worth by as much as $3.6 billion on annual financial statements used by him and his company to secure financing.

This case is the least of Trump's worries....

there are multiple witnesses that will testify he directed them to move boxes of classified materiel in violation of a subpoena and then destroy the video tape evidence, and more witnesses that will testify he told them to lie under oath when being interviewed by the FBI and DOJ. Then there are the texts and emails showing he directed a scheme to again unauthorized access to a polling site in Georgia to tamper with voting machines.

Both those cases are rock-solid, with even his former AG Bill Barr and Trump cheerleader Jonathan Turley agreeing he is "toast"...

If James nails him on this fraud charge, so much the better....but Donald is Leavenworth bound either way...
