Adam Schiff lives in Maryland.

Irrelevance aside, there is a meaningful difference between a person owning houses in California and Maryland, and renting a room of a house from a friend. An agreement, by the way, that didn't happen until RFK got caught. It's also owth pointing out their is no lease agreement.

Exactly, “rules for me, but not for thee” and now they’re eating their own.

He might have got away with if if he had added a zero to the $500. That's laughably cheap -- I was paying more than that as a student in NY in the mid-80s. He should drop out before he causes any more trouble. His small ears will put off voters IMO.
