Why don’t you conservatives create your own search engines and social media platforms? Use the free market you all claim to love so much instead of whining.

Sites like that rely on advertising revenue and selling user information. That implies their users have some money to spend on products those advertisers sell. What is the buying power of the far right and who is going to pursue their business with advertising? Second, who would be interested enough to pay for the personal information about the far right for their marketing purposes?

Ah, the "Conservative Victimization Investigation."

One morning we all wake up to find all things Google and Alphabet are gone. No search engine. No more Waze. No more Youtube. All your g-mails gone. The cloud suddenly evaporated. Poof.

Use DuckDuckGo people. Protect your privacy as much as you can.

At least the US is willing to go after their own in anti-trust

Name other countries that do

Get them. Google needs to be split up.

Google is NOT the cloud. There are lots and lots of other choices.

The same applies to all the other centralized services. We don't actually need them, but they are more convenience for non-technical people, but I think the price is too high.

In the USA, we need to end the automatic stealing of personal data without direct, written, approval. The default needs to be opt-out until someone specifically decides to opt-in AND clearly shows it by logging into the service.

Hopefully, the next Congress and Prez will show some guts and make that law. We shouldn't be raped every time we go online. Average people have given up. It is too hard to keep your data to yourself for most people. I work really hard at it and I'm in the "biz", but some of the data leaks even if I don't use twitter or facebook or google accounts for 11 months at a time.

Break them up. Make them legally have to delete data when requested, not just hide that data.

That might come to that because liberals could care less about free speech, opposing viewpoints and ideas. The same thing happened before FOX News was created everything was a giant liberal media echo chamber until FNC came out and changed the playing field, so I definitely it’s time for another drastic came changer in this one-sided political debate.

Ah, the "Conservative Victimization Investigation."

Well, why would liberals care about opposing viewpoints, hearing the sound of their own voices is more than enough.

I don't know if this is google fault but what turns me off is when I google search for a product and my first page is filled with six or more lines of Amazon adds for the same product. That is an act of violence of preventing me to see other sources. There are some other big advertiser with similar multiple adds. There should be only one lead per vendor until all are shown.
