Kerry rejects notion U.S. is disengaging from world

Kerry is right! America is not 'Disengaging' but 'Retreating' from the wolrd! Their wars in Iraq,Afghanistan were failed and their covert war in Syria is subjected to 'doom'!

Something lost in translation, or is this the result of the "telephone game"?

I cannot imagine anyone making this claim. However, I can imagine someone making the claim that the U.S. government has disengaged its ears to the rest of the world and is just doing what it figures it can get away with, based on past experience and historical data.

Disengaging may be the wrong word, but the American Empire is certainly in decline. When this currency/stock bubble bursts it'll be magnitudes worse than 2008.
