Wonder if the big guys behind little Kim job is to act as a human shield....

3 ( +3 / -0 )

The son of dragon.

0 ( +1 / -1 )

OK, Trump. Impress me. Good luck.

1 ( +6 / -5 )

What a fine statesman President Trump has turned out to be. Managing to do what no other world leader has managed to do; get North Korea to the table and start building towards an agreement. He should at least be a contender for the Nobel Peace Prize. I mean, if President Obama got one despite all the drone bombings, then Trump is at least worthy.

-11 ( +6 / -17 )

Four more years! Go Trump!

-8 ( +7 / -15 )

Yeah. Trump does seem to be gifted at cozying up to dictators. Still, I hope progress is made. Even such a totalitarian state as Vietnam would be an improvement on the present NK - still hellish for its citizens but not a regional threat. China is likely aiming for that outcome.

Oh, and Kim has yet to produce an heir. That might explain the overwhelming security.

5 ( +9 / -4 )

Trump not only loves cozying up to dictators, as others have pointed out, his "deal-making" skills are proving once again to be pretty much the worst in the world. All Kim needs to do is... do what he's already done and stop testing. US gets zero, once again, and Kim gets whatever Trump gives up freely in exchange for some added praise.

And did you see him talking about the deal with China? Oh my god, that was hilarious! Definitely one of the dumbest people on the planet. How embarrassing for the US.

6 ( +10 / -4 )

Another historical moment, no doubt the insane criminal mind of Trump will reveal itself at some stage. Wonder what those concessions will be?

Four more years!

In jail, hopefully.

Go Trump!

Directly to jail. Do not pass go, do not collect $200.

4 ( +8 / -4 )

After the last talks, where Kim came out significantly more powerful due to validation in his people's eyes as to his power, as well as America ending up in a reduced position when Trump was finished, the only real question is whether or not he can get through these talks without weakening America's position even further.

Fingers crossed that he actually does manage to accomplish something. But reality makes me figure that's almost guaranteed not to happen.

Kim Jong Un arrives in Hanoi for summit with Trump

send him straight to the hanoi hilton

5 ( +6 / -1 )

"The show must go on."

Because it will be nothing more than a PR stunt!

6 ( +7 / -1 )

For Kim: Another opportunity to showcase himself on the world stage with a US President. More lax enforcement from China and Russia on sanctions. More time to build additional nuclear weapons and missiles.

For Trump: Hopefully a distraction from Cohen testifying before Congress highlighting all his crimes and corruption.

End result: Kim achieves what he came for, Trump doesn't...

4 ( +8 / -4 )

"I like him," local resident Van Dang Luu, who works at a nearby bank, said of Kim. "He is very young and he is very interesting. And he is very powerful," she said. well you would, if you really said what you think of the idiot you will be arrested and probably shot. As for Mr DT if it was not for his pilot DT would not even know where Hanoi is! Either way, if these two sit down and talk hopefully they can start to trust each other a little and ease tensions between their two countries.

An ugly little monster murdering tens of thousands of men, women and children in concentration camps, and Trump loves him.

We see whose side CNN is on:

“How Kim wins in Vietnam” is the top article. Nice job rooting for the other team.

We see whose side CNN is on:

> “How Kim wins in Vietnam” is the top article. Nice job rooting for the other team.

How dare they point out the political stupidity of meeting Kim, and not have blind faith in the president without question. How DARE they. Don't they understand that the media is never to question Dear Leader?

2 ( +5 / -3 )

It’s called cheering for the other team. Which is the only cheering there ever is from American liberals anymore.

-3 ( +3 / -6 )

It’s called cheering for the other team.

Um, no it's not, it's called the 4th pillar of democracy - a free press that is able to criticize bad political moves.

So weird that you claim to be proud of being American, and yet push for an un-democratic approach to the media. Why do you hate democracy?

5 ( +7 / -2 )

Not even a balanced view of how Kim can win. Just “how Kim wins.”

Conveniently all 3 things he can to to win are the same 3 things that determine a Trump win.

-6 ( +1 / -7 )

Not even a balanced view of how Kim can win. Just “how Kim wins.”

Meeting with Trump at all means Kim wins. Meeting him is about as stupid a move politically as Trump has made. So yeah, it's exactly how Kim wins.

Are you going to answer the question? Why do you hate Democracy?

1 ( +6 / -5 )

The liberal media is always actively hoping and praying for a Trump failure. Same media that hoped an attack on a gay black man by racists actually happened.

That’s not reporting news, that’s trying to make news and shape public opinion before anything even happens.

-2 ( +3 / -5 )

Yeah. Trump does seem to be gifted at cozying up to dictators.

Yeah, instead of that he should refuse to meet with any of them, right? Throughout history democratic leaders have had to deal with dictators. Didn't you know that?

An ugly little monster murdering tens of thousands of men, women and children in concentration camps, and Trump loves him

Come now, stormcrow, Kim's a teddy bear, he just needs a hug. Spread love and forgiveness, not hate and war! One thing is for sure - the weapons makers don't want this summit to happen.

Kim Jong Un and Trump have one major thing in common - the MSM hates them both. Well, perhaps a devastating war will be averted and a lasting peace will prevail in Korea.

-4 ( +2 / -6 )

It’s a sad state of affairs. The President hasn’t even arrived yet to have any news. So let’s manufacture some and tell everyone in advance what is going to happen. Instead of waiting and reporting on what does happen.

CNN suddenly decided an end to the Korean War is a win for Kim. Was a win for Trump yesterday. So they must be scared it might happen to have changed it to Kim’s win.

-3 ( +2 / -5 )

Liberals hate democracy. You still haven’t accepted the results of a vote from over 2 years ago. So you just root for the President to fail to make yourself feel happy inside.

-3 ( +3 / -6 )

Hours ahead of his border crossing, footage from Japanese TV network TBS showed Kim taking a predawn smoke break at a train station in China

I hope that was in a designated smoking area.

Meeting with Trump at all means Kim wins. Meeting him is about as stupid a move politically as Trump has made

Yeah, he should refuse to meet with him and let the situation continue to fester, right?

-2 ( +2 / -4 )

Meeting with Trump at all means Kim wins. Meeting him is about as stupid a move politically as Trump has made

Yeah, he should refuse to meet with him and let the situation continue to fester, right?

Kim could meet with Beigun, with Pompeo, with Pence... Meeting with the US President still carries weight - even with the current "idiot" in the office (thanks Ann).....

Liberals hate democracy. You still haven’t accepted the results of a vote from over 2 years ago. So you just root for the President to fail to make yourself feel happy inside.

Says the group that is trying to dismantle our Constitution, and after two years still have this creepy fixation with Hillary. Rooting for Trump to fail? The guy's already a failure - and an idiot...

Yeah, instead of that he should refuse to meet with any of them, right? Throughout history democratic leaders have had to deal with dictators. Didn't you know that?

Meet with them, just don't send someone who is an "idiot" and a "danger to the republic"...

One things for sure, whether its Kim, or Putin, or Xi - Trumps loves dictators...

The liberal media is always actively hoping and praying for a Trump failure. Same media that hoped an attack on a gay black man by racists actually happened.

Not hoping and praying - he just naturally always fails....

That’s not reporting news, that’s trying to make news and shape public opinion before anything even happens.

Says the guy who lives in Alex Jones conspiracy world....

It’s called cheering for the other team. Which is the only cheering there ever is from American liberals anymore.

You know, like telling your intelligence community they're all wrong and that you believe Vladimir Putin...

0 ( +4 / -4 )

The fake corporate media will bash this, no matter what. They will make the ludicrious claim that the only way to solve the NK issue is with ever more threats and posturing, continuing the failed policies of 4 previous administrations.

While in the real world, Trump has already achieved something that no previous admin has: Turning NK away from war propaganda and to talking about peace. Now, he has to work on the details of a pathway to a peace declaration on the Korean peninsuala and a way forward that achieves regmine change without violence.

Trump has a chance of doing that, with Clinton there would have been no way in hell.

However, try to explain that the rabid Trump haters in the corporate media and their audience.... good luck.

-2 ( +3 / -5 )

superlib:

OK, Trump. Impress me. Good luck.

No, I don´t think we can change closed minds. Certainly not in a readers column. Enjoy your CNN and NYT.

-2 ( +4 / -6 )

Democrats will not win the next election by just fixating on calling Trump an idiot and ridiculing everything he does. No one is wrong all the time and to a lot of us non-americans living in Japan he may be getting this one right. I for one am happy not to have missiles whizzing overhead. Dems, stick with attacking Trump on him on his lunatic decisions like denying global warming and building the wall.

-3 ( +1 / -4 )

OK, Trump. Impress me. Good luck.

Kim could proclaim he will give up all his nukes, give an order to his military commanders to cooperate fully with the U.S. and South Korean military in dismantling them, order all the statues of his father and grandfather removed and schedule free elections within the year and SuperLib still wouldn't be impressed.

-1 ( +4 / -5 )

Dems, stick with attacking Trump on him on his lunatic decisions like denying global warming and building the wall.

I'm sorry, but this needs a rebuttal. Trump doesn't deny climate change, but he doesn't want the U.S. to be unfairly burdened with drastic cuts in CO2 output while China, India and other countries continue to increase CO2 output.

And protecting our border is NOT lunacy, it's common sense.

-3 ( +2 / -5 )

@Serrano

Kim Jong Un and Trump have one major thing in common - the MSM hates them both.

Exactly. You know why? Because both of them aspire to screw over their own citizens for the sake of something less important--like ego, self-preservation, enrichment, or (in the case of Kim) not being able to extricate oneself from the relentless momentum of the political machinery.

@Blacklabel

Liberals hate democracy. You still haven’t accepted the results of a vote from over 2 years ago.

Democracy = Blindly accepting whatever the winner of a presidential election decides to do, I guess.

People opposed to Trump have not refused to accept the results of the election. That is a myth. Nobody is saying that. People opposed to Trump despise what he is doing as president.

Last I heard, American democracy is based on separation of powers and a system of checks and balances. I don't understand how adhering to this principle is undemocratic.

3 ( +4 / -1 )

Kim could meet with Beigun, with Pompeo, with Pence... Meeting with the US President still carries weight

I would not disagree at all.

Says the group that is trying to dismantle our Constitution, and after two years still have this creepy fixation with Hillary. Rooting for Trump to fail? The guy's already a failure - and an idiot.

Let’s see trying to undo the election by conducting a All Star cast of angry Democrats desperately trying to undo a duly elected President. Suffering from continuous diatribes or manufactured Presidential Russian collusion, typical Washington establishment deranged confusion. Smh....

One things for sure, whether its Kim, or Putin, or Xi - Trumps loves dictators...

The last President...Castro brothers, Iranian Mullahs...yeah, loved his dictators.

-4 ( +1 / -5 )

Uh no. You don’t want him as president and don’t respect the results of the election. Otherwise impeachment would be the resulting action only after finding crimes. Not the stated goal from Day 1.

-4 ( +2 / -6 )

Kim Jong Un and Trump have one major thing in common - the MSM hates them both.

Exactly. You know why? Because both of them aspire to screw over their own citizens

Don't know about Kim, but Trump aspires to screw over Americans, eh? That must be why most Americans are better off now than they were 2 years ago. He's not doing a very good job of screwing them over, is he.

so now that this is cleared up, I wish for the best for the President and maybe one time he can get a fair shake from the media if he pulls off something amazing.

-5 ( +0 / -5 )

so now that this is cleared up, I wish for the best for the President and maybe one time he can get a fair shake from the media if he pulls off something amazing.

Good luck with that. The corporate media and their globalists, sponsors hate Trump with a vengence, and that hate is ramped up every time he tries to end another war. Think the military-industrial complex and their warmongering puppets are happy about peace in Korea'? Think again.

-3 ( +2 / -5 )

Uh no. You don’t want him as president and don’t respect the results of the election. Otherwise impeachment would be the resulting action only after finding crimes. Not the stated goal from Day 1.

Uh no. To make up stuff is a pretty weak defense. Not the stated goal from Day 1, and not the case that Democrats or anti-Trumpers don't respect the results of the election. The intelligence services of the United States found overwhelming evidence that Russia actively sought to undermine the democratic processes of the 2016 election in Trump's favor. There were investigations. Trump stated on national TV that he fired Comey because he didn't like these investigations (for reasons we don't yet know). The investigations then spread to the Trump campaign itself, with Trump fighting it out by rallying his base through a campaign of blatant disinformation rather than in a normal jurisprudent or presidential fashion.

You have one thing right, though. I don't want him as president. That, however, is irrelevant. It happens every four years to someone or other. I believe in democratic process.

Trump aspires to screw over Americans, eh? That must be why most Americans are better off now than they were 2 years ago. He's not doing a very good job of screwing them over, is he.

Depends who you're talking about and depends how you define better off. The administrative, political, social, and psychic fabric of America is definitely less healthy under Trump, regardless of what the stock market is doing.

You really think Trump cares about anybody but himself?

The irony is that Trump supporters simultaneously claim that Trump cares deeply about America, and at the same time admire him for his shameless history of ripping people off and giving a middle finger to the social order.

3 ( +4 / -1 )

Meet “nobody”

Give me a break. You know what I mean.

4 ( +5 / -1 )

marched against the results.

Were these people marching against so-called "election fraud"? "Not my president" is a figurative way of expressing opposition.

Who was it again who claimed that millions of illegal immigrants voted in the 2016 election? Or that people were being bussed up to New Hampshire?

Anyway, back on topic. Hope Trump will succeed in making peace with North Korea. He is, after all, the legitimate democratically elected president of the United States. I wouldn't deprive Trump of any deserved honor.

3 ( +4 / -1 )

OK, Trump. Impress me. Good luck.

Kim could proclaim he will give up all his nukes, give an order to his military commanders to cooperate fully with the U.S. and South Korean military in dismantling them, order all the statues of his father and grandfather removed and schedule free elections within the year and SuperLib still wouldn't be impressed.

Yet the Republican deplorables still bang on about liberals.

Nope. I have concerns as I don't think Trump is good at negotiations. But he's stopped the bombastic tweets that you loved so much so that's a plus. He's using more my style of dialogue now than yours. That means he's listening to other people and putting his "instincts" aside. Which is good.

But yeah, I still expect him to give Kim a photo op and concessions. Maybe he will prove me wrong. But I doubt it. He's just not very good at this stuff.

1 ( +3 / -2 )

But yeah, I still expect him to give Kim a photo op and concessions.

Concessions?? Kim didn’t get any last time. Still broke, still can’t feed his people, Stil has sanctions over his head, still has US naval and the Pentagon watching him.

Maybe he will prove me wrong. But I doubt it. He's just not very good at this stuff.

Hmmmm....no other President got to this point, so I beg to differ.

-2 ( +1 / -3 )

Meeting with Trump at all means Kim wins.

Wow I'm thinking you're one of the Russians hiding behind every bush crowd huh? Best to read up about the myriad of attrocities metted out to any nation that crosses uncle Sam.

0 ( +1 / -1 )

bass: Concessions?? Kim didn’t get any last time.

The war games was absolutely huge. Russia was obsessed with the thought that Reagan would attack using military exercises as a cover. My guess is it's the same for KJU. Taking that off the plate probably took one of his biggest concerns/threats off the table with nothing more than a handshake and a smile.

1 ( +2 / -1 )

Not really because, the games can start to resume any time the President wants that’s what I love about this guy, will give you some latitude, but if you push it, game on once more.

-2 ( +1 / -3 )

And that has about as much a chance of happening as Ann Coulter recommending Trump to the MENSA society

Democrat or Trump - I guess she thinks they're the same - wonder how many of her conservative followers think the same? How about you?

Let's see, colluding with a foreign power

Ahhh...like the Podesta brothers and Hillary, gotcha.

Nope, you have just hot air - while we have 191 federal charges and 37 indictments or convictions....Gotcha.....

to interfere in our election,

Didn’t stop the Democrats from doing it, why the selective double standard? They love Fidel and Raoul, why?

Let's see, you praise Trump for meeting with one of the most bloodthirsty dictators on the planet, one who said he'd turn us into a sea of fire, and yet you criticize President Obama for opening Cuba to democracy. Yep, for a tyrant-lover, that makes complete sense.

hiring an All Star cast of con-men, sleezeballs, and creeps -all under indictment or fired, bringing white supremacists out of the fringes to the mainstream (Coast Guard domestic terrorist)...typical far-right crazy confusion.

Even David Duke would bust a gut laughing at that one - while he's rooting for Donnie the Grand Wizard and the rest of the White Supremacist-loving Repubs....they share the same values you know, just ask him...

0 ( +1 / -1 )

bass: Not really because, the games can start to resume any time

Trump gave that concession. Telling me he can give it back at any time just shows it was a concession.

Look, I don't have much faith in Trump, but it's obvious he's putting his instincts aside and he's listening to his people this time. The childish WWE tweets that you guys love so much are gone. Let's see if he continues to follow his people's advice or if he screws up by going on his own. Last time he deviated from the script he ended up owning the shutdown on live TV and boxing himself into a corner.

He is desperate for a positive headline and that worries me, but maybe his team can keep him in line and not give away the farm. They've been doing a good job so far. He's talking more like I want him to talk and less like you want him to talk. We need to keep him focused on that approach.

0 ( +2 / -2 )

Democrat or Trump - I guess she thinks they're the same

Pretty much.

Nope, you have just hot air

Yes, so far and from the looks of besides the typical processed crimes, doesn’t look like any collusion on the Presidents part.

Let's see, you praise Trump for meeting with one of the most bloodthirsty dictators on the planet, one who said he'd turn us into a sea of fire, and yet you criticize President Obama for opening Cuba to democracy. Yep, for a tyrant-lover, that makes complete sense

Yes, for the same hypocrisy they worshipped Fidel and his brother, but for some reason he thought tanning in the sun is more important than giving him legitimacy.

Even David Duke would bust a gut laughing at that one -

As a former Democrat failed politician, I think so. It didn’t bother you that the Democrats worshipped a former Grand Wizard of the most revolting and reviled groups in US history?

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

Trump gave that concession.

And he can taketh back

Telling me he can give it back at any time just shows it was a concession.

No, because it’s not something tangible like money that Kim desperately wants. He wants the US to ease the sanctions, that’s the biggest concession, Trump didn’t do that and he won’t. Kim is already looking more slimmer these days....a bit.

Look, I don't have much faith in Trump, but it's obvious he's putting his instincts aside and he's listening to his people this time.

Just like any other leader. Obama once said, he knew more than his generals, Clinton went into Kosovo without asking for congressional appproval, so Trump will be fine, I have faith in him.

He is desperate for a positive headline and that worries me, but maybe his team can keep him in line and not give away the farm.

Every leader wants a headline and the last President was No different.

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

Superlib: Trump gave that concession.

Bass: And he can taketh back

We're having two separate discussions. I'm saying Trump gave concessions. You are agreeing with me, and adding a side point that he can take them back. Your point doesn't change or challenge my point in any way.

No

Yes, bass, Trump removing the war games was a concession for which the US got nothing in return. Feel free to add on any side point you'd like.

Just like any other leader.

Excellent. I'm glad Trump is finally listening to his people. Feel free to add in any irrelevant side points about past leaders.

1 ( +2 / -1 )

We're having two separate discussions.

I think so too....

I'm saying Trump gave concessions. You are agreeing with me,

I said, he didn’t and I never agreed with you.

and adding a side point that he can take them back. Your point doesn't change or challenge my point in any way.

Actually, it does because if concessions were made, he would have his money and sanctions would have been lifted and until that happens, liberals can save their breath. If he can’t feed his people or himself, then nothing was given to alleviate that lockdown.

Excellent. I'm glad Trump is finally listening to his people.

Yes, no different than any other leader.

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

I said, he didn’t

Oh, well, then there's our disagreement. I say stopping the military exercises, something NK has long demanded, was a concession. You say stopping the military exercises, something NK has long demanded, was not a concession.

So we disagree.

To be honest I think Trump and Un have a good chance at officially ending the war. It makes too much sense for them not to. Both can claim victory and both will get great headlines at home. It won't do anything to address the point that NK continues to build and expand their nuke program under Trump's watch, but for a few moments that will all be pushed aside and Trump will get a ratings bump.

Then things will go back to the way they were after a couple of months. More reports will come out that NK has even more facilities than we previously knew about, and we'll be back where we started. Probably without the military exercises, tho.

0 ( +2 / -2 )

I have concerns as I don't think Trump is good at negotiations.

Oh my... Super, Super... Trump has already negotiated better deals with the EU, Canada and Mexico. Obviously you were not aware of this.

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

You and I don’t know that. Reagan (despite Ted Kennedy trying to stop and intervene the talks) and Gorbachev took a long time to build up first their personal relationships in small incremental steps, the process won’t happen over night, didn’t happen with Reagan as well, so once that first part, break the ice and form a serious bond, the next process will occur.

Then things will go back to the way they were after a couple of months. More reports will come out that NK has even more facilities than we previously knew about, and we'll be back where we started. Probably without the military exercises, tho.

..Or with them, depends on him. The ball is in his court. He needs the sanctions released, not the President. Seems like the President is getting a lot of love in Nam. Good and kind of them.

-2 ( +2 / -4 )

Nah, that agreement hasn't passed and probably won't, and it's not that much of a change anyway. Trump promised a new peace plan for the Middle East, a better deal for the environment, a new healthcare plan, a wall, bilateral trade deals with Asian countries, etc.

Zero accomplished.

Obama created a nuclear agreement between the US, Europe, Russia, and China on Iran. He also played his part in multinational environmental agreements. He got comprehensive healthcare reform passed. He was vital to the TPP. You might disagree with the results, but the man had the ability to get even enemies at the table to get an agreement.

All Trump does is kiss arse and make concessions (Russia, NK), or he bullies (our allies). He hasn't negotiated anything because he isn't good at it.

1 ( +4 / -3 )

bass: You and I don’t know that.

Just my guess, and I was right the first time. Back then you were cheering wrestling tweets as amazing foreign policy that would bring about change. That's been abandoned, and that's part of the reason why I have some hope something good might happen. Your bombastic ways got thrown in the trash so I have hope.

Awesome. You're starting to sound like Obama not:

"To those who cling to power through corruption and deceit and the silencing of dissent, know that you are on the wrong side of history; but that we will extend a hand if you are willing to unclench your fist.”

Trump tried the fist and failed. Let's see if he can pull off Obama's approach and actually get something done.

2 ( +4 / -2 )

Nah, that agreement hasn't passed and probably won't, and it's not that much of a change anyway.

Yeah, liberals tend to think 2 dimensional, but it’s not like that at all.

Trump promised a new peace plan for the Middle East, a better deal for the environment, a new healthcare plan, a wall, bilateral trade deals with Asian countries, etc.

And still came on with a roaring economy, more blacks 36% favorability, sound relati9n between Israel and the Saudis, an even stronger relationship with Japan. Rome wasn’t built in a day come on....I mean, even with a bogus witch hunt going on, he’s still making these wins....that’s 291 and counting...

Obama created a nuclear agreement between the US, Europe, Russia, and China on Iran.

Ok, I understand liberals trying to paint a rosy, but according to Israel and the Saudis, it put them in danger and I will always go with the Mossad over Nancy or Chuck or Merkel. They have the intelligence, the know how and the reality of what the deal is and neither countries could care what kind of business dealings they made with the Mullahs, too bad, boo frickin hoo.

He also played his part in multinational environmental agreements. He got comprehensive healthcare reform passed.

Yes, and thank God Trump got rid of that dreaded mandate!

He was vital to the TPP. You might disagree with the results, but the man had the ability to get even enemies at the table to get an agreement.

It didn’t help us, even with the enemies coming together, in fact, it made us look like idiots.

Keep trying.

Just my guess, and I was right the first time. Back then you were cheering wrestling tweets as amazing foreign policy that would bring about change.

Well, you weren’t right, I said they would change, but in incremental steps. Rome wasn’t built in a day.

Trump tried the fist and failed.

Simple question, did Kim get his money? We’re the sanctions lifted? If both are a resounding and unequivocal yes, then you are right, but that didn’t happen, so it’s a deep lose for Kim

Let's see if he can pull off Obama's approach and actually get something done.

Like the wretched Iranian deal that the US and Israel foiled? Lol

Try what? Obama was the catalyst in many world agreements, even with people who don't see eye to eye. Trump can't even get a wall built or make small revisions to an agreement with allies.

Night and day difference in skills. Obama was a leader, someone who could make it happen. Not so with Trump.

He was the quintessential poster boy Washington establishment, come on now, that’s not what the people voted for.

Trump can't even get a wall built or make small revisions to an agreement with allies.

Pelosi caved and gave him the funds, not a lot grant you, but something, at first she was only going to give a buck and now it’s a couple million. She gave in to immorality.

Night and day difference in skills.

We can definitely see that, Trump is sitting with Kim, Obama didn’t, but his skills allowed Putin to grab Crimea. Bravo.

Superlib:

Obama was the catalyst in many world agreements, even with people who don't see eye to eye.

Really? Maybe there were some, but Obama also destroyed Libya, de facto created ISIS with his irresponsible support for Wahabi rebels in Syria, continued the idiotic war in Afganastan desprite having promised to end it, and did nothing about NK.

Trump is on track to end the stupid meddling in Syria and Afghanistan and is set to find a solution for the complex situation with NK. No wonder the corporate warmongers hate him, and CNN and other globalist mouthpieces spout hate propagand every day.

It is sad to see the CNN lies still find gullible believers though....

I don't think you guys get it. You keep bringing up reasons why you didn't like Obama's deals. Or other deals he didn't accomplish.

My point is that the guy could actually make deals. Trump is the kind of guy who boxes himself in to a stupid positions on live TV then has to declare fake emergencies to get out of it. He's one of the worst negotiators I've ever seen at this level.

Trump is on track to end the stupid meddling in Syria and Afghanistan

Walk me through how that happened. Last I checked he tweeted it out without checking with pretty much anyone in the military. Then the people around him had to walk it back. Then Trump decides to walk it back himself. Just masterful skill there, no reason to worry about his negotiating skills.

Now you guys have gotten me all worked up and worried again that Trump will give something to Kim. An official end of the war? We shall see.

I don't think you guys get it. You keep bringing up reasons why you didn't like Obama's deals. Or other deals he didn't accomplish.

For the wrong reasons.

My point is that the guy could actually make deals.

They all got snuffed out and even with that apology Mideast tour, didn’t help much. We still lost an ambassador on his watch as well as 3 other men trying to save him.

Yes, some may think that, we feel the same about Obama and your point is?

You guys should be worried about Iran.... Oh, Israel has that one covered, now I can rest assured.

Now you guys have gotten me all worked up and worried again that Trump will give something to Kim. An official end of the war? We shall see

Incremental steps, the last 3 Presidents didn’t even come this close.

Democrat or Trump - I guess she thinks they're the same

Pretty much.

Another one on the record - confirmation from a Trump supporter that Ann's comments that Trump is an idiot, lazy, incompetent and a wimp are accurate... What do the other Trumpers here think of that?

Nope, you have just hot air

Yes, so far and from the looks of besides the typical processed crimes, doesn’t look like any collusion on the Presidents part.

Explain "processed crimes"? And we noticed you did a "Rudy" - from "no collusion whatsoever" to "no collusion on the President's part". Another walk-back....

That makes no sense - but if you mention "tanning" I can only assume you mean the "Great Orange One"....

Even David Duke would bust a gut laughing at that one -

As a former Democrat failed politician, I think so. It didn’t bother you that the Democrats worshipped a former Grand Wizard of the most revolting and reviled groups in US history?

David Duke in his own words: Spencer and Duke were present at the protest in Charlottesville. At that rally, Duke explicitly tied the white supremacist movement to Trump.  "We are determined to take our country back," Duke said Saturday. "We are going to fulfill the promise of Donald Trump. That's what we believe in. That's why we voted for Donald Trump, because he said he's going to take our country back."

Gotcha....

bass: They all got snuffed out

Uh, no, they didn't. The deals still exist. Trump pulled the US out of the deals, but the next President will most likely put us right back in. And Trump has no deals of his own, just destroying the work of others, work he knows he cannot accomplish himself.

Oh, Israel has that one covered, now I can rest assured.

Sorry, forgot about Israel. Trump moved the capital to Jerusalem and got nothing in return from Israel. He could have at least attempted to make progress on a peace deal and make the move contingent on that, but Bibi is a thug and Trump had to give him something because that's what Trump does with thugs: he appeases.
