Oh come on! The two women shared an apartment and we know all three people were there! DNA could wind up anywhere! Its not like finding the DNA of someone in the car of a person claiming to have never met them! Gimme a break!

Saw an in -depth documentary about this and I have to say there are so many discrepancies in the prosecution's case. There's a thief who was in apartment and possibly involved and later became a witness for the state. Some auxlilary (? ) policemen broke down the door and proceeded to corrupt the crime scene. Then the collection of the DNA evidence was unbelievably sloppy. Her confession (recorded) appeared coerced (sound familiar to those of you in Japan?) Anyway, I didn't have any bias about whether her and her boyfriend were guilty, but it's one strange case.

For a really interesting read on the murder, here's a link to a "Rolling Stone" article titled "The Neverending Nightmare of Amanda Konox"

If the gloves don't fit, you must acquit.
