Koreas set up 1st hotline between leaders ahead of summit

Just heard that the DPRK has suspended missile and nuclear tests.

Great effort... great start...

All starts with the availability and exchange of meaningful information... a communication process.

Hopefully, this will continue at a rational and pragmatic level.., avoiding idealism and emotionalism on all issues and topics placed for discussion and negotiation.

We will never know or can guess what the true intentions are... However, no meaningful action can be taken by either party without first communicating at a mutually agreeable and beneficial level and stage to discuss and negotiate.
