This could be a good time for a coup to occur in Russia.

Kremlin hails importance of Putin-Xi meeting in Samarkand:

'Putin & Xi have developed strong personal ties to bolster a “strategic partnership” as they both are now locked in rivalry with US. Putin has said a military alliance can’t be excluded.'

Take serious note of this while waiting for the meeting's outcome..

Putie needs this, Pooh bear doesn't.

There might be some photo ops and some insignificant signings, but I really doubt that a rising power like China, dependent on Western export markets to maintain the economic promise they made to their captive population in exchange for a monopoly on power, is going to tie itself in any meaningful way to a declining, "power" like Russia that produces one thing - oil - that they can buy on the open market anyway.

Mini-me is nothing more than Bevis to the CCP's Butthead.

Even looks like a decrepit geriatric Beavis.
