Selling components to the Huawei and using Huawei system was different. The US Companies which sell parts to Huawei will now sell parts to Huawei Company again and they will earn billions of dollars. Also, Huawei will increase output and increase the sell outside the US. It's Win - Win situation. However, the US Government still blacklist to Huawei and no Huawei 5G network in the US.
