I wonder if he now thinks it was worth it, pandering to the orange one?

And now having your name in the mud for eternity. What an embarrassment.

Delay, delay, delay. Common legal tactic when they know they will lose.

Giuliani is a lawyer. Making false statements, especially when they are known to be false, is grounds for disbarment. Doesn't matter what political party, or if none are involved. We don't want honest mistakes to be cause for disbarment, but we do need to hold people accountable. There are Georgians who cannot go out in public because of what Giuliani and Trump did. They need compensation too, not just for the fraud, but for the paid security they will need for then next 5-10 yrs.

If Giuliani is not cleared for air travel, she wrote, her team offered to provide alternative modes of transportation, including bus or train fare.

I would like to see him travel on a Greyhound Bus to Georgia.

In a court filing, Giuliani attorney William Thomas asked the judge to delay Giuliani's appearance. He explained that Giuliani inadvertently missed a hearing before Farber because he was recovering from a medical procedure and subsequently learned he'd been ordered to appear in Atlanta.

*On Aug. 2, a lawyer for Giuliani asked Willis' office to delay his appearance because he was unable to travel because of the recent medical procedure, according to court filings. *That request was rejected after Willis' team found evidence that he had traveled since his medical procedure.

Looks like Rudy's dementia has only gotten worse since he had his press conference at the Four Seasons Lumber Yard...

“It is important to note here that Mr. Giuliani is no way seeking to inappropriately delay, or obstruct these proceedings or avoid giving evidence or testimony that is not subject to some claim of privilege in this matter,”

Best joke of the day....

She wrote that he and others presented a Georgia state Senate subcommittee with a video recording of election workers that Giuliani alleged showed them producing “suitcases” of unlawful ballots from unknown sources, outside the view of election poll watchers. Within 24 hours of that hearing on Dec. 3, 2020, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s office had debunked the video and said that it had found that no voter fraud had taken place at the site. Nevertheless, Giuliani continued to make statements to the public and in subsequent legislative hearings claiming widespread voter fraud using that debunked video, Willis wrote.

Well Giuliani only made those statements claiming widespread voter fraud in public - when he was under oath in front of a judge, he openly admitted "This is not a fraud case"....

Rudy, like his most famous client, is on his way to indictment, trial, and jail...

Turn up sober and take the 5th.

The former is as likely as Rudy getting his law license back. The latter is rather more certain.

Of course he’s seeking delay. When he testifies he will either perjure or incriminate himself.

But delay doesn’t mean escape. Rudy is going under oath and that’s bad for Rudy.

So sick he can’t travel to GA but had several tickets to Europe. I’ll bet.

Someone put an ankle tracker on that guy.

Maybe silly B's favorite drunk can help defend Chump from the search of his property?

Oh no, he can't. He's lost his law license!

Yeah, he was a prosecutor for almost 50 years, he’s going to perjure himself. Sure…

Why did he lose his law license? Oh, because he lied on his court filings and was fundamentally dishonest. But of COURSE he'd never permits himself.

Silly silly B.....

“Perjures himself”

When asked what the connection to an investigation there was in searching the former guys residence, the official said “which one? Could have been any of them.”

If only there was a sychopantic boot-licker who works for free…..

What a sick, tragic, pathetic individual....

His senility is so bad he didn't know the difference between a Four Seasons resort and a Four Seasons lumber yard...

His hair dye melted down on live TV...

Numerous people said he was constantly drunk after Trump's Nov loss...

He was caught in a bedroom with a supposed 15 year old girl...

His two pro-Russian Ukrainian business partners pleaded guilty to campaign finance violations...and he still faces a possible trial...

He's implicated in the ongoing DOJ criminal investigation of Trump's fraudulent electors scheme...and as this article addresses, Trump's attempt to conspire to change the Georgia vote...

The hero of 9/11...whose life and reputation, like everyone else, was utterly ruined by an association with Donald Trump...

The former is as likely as Rudy getting his law license back. The latter is rather more certain.

Then it wouldn’t be pending.

He’ll be fine. These people continue to try and try and try….let them, we get it, they’re bored.

Someone put an ankle tracker on that guy.

Why?

The suspension in New York is temporary, pending the outcome of a full formal disciplinary hearing.

Silly silly B.....

Not me. Lol

Doubt it.

And now having your name in the mud for eternity. What an embarrassment.

Well, not really, the left went after anyone that was in Trump’s orbit, didn’t matter what your intentions were the fact that you even knew him would bring scorn and scrutiny to anyone around him. So it was actually inevitable.
