Trump is hiding something. Why else would he go through all this fuss?

It does appear to be a single track harassment. Why should he have to reveal his Tax returns ? If he has to, then why not make everyone's publicly available and free to access via a Government web site ?

Trump is hiding something.

With Democrats doing everything they can to boot him out of office and the lies that they have been telling for the last 3 years, I don’t blame him, from the Russia hoax to the impeachment farce, I don’t blame him one bit when you have hungry goons like Andrew Weismann working overtime to nail his opponents to the cross for the tiniest infractions, I wouldn’t want him to see my tax returns as well.

Why else would he go through all this fuss?

Again, you have a rogue and mentally desperate Democrat party that will do “anything” to throw this President out of office.

Just what is in these tax returns? Must be much more damaging than just loans from a Russia. Maybe he’s bankrupt?

And his supporters simply don’t care that he lies straight to their faces about releasing his taxes and then fights tooth and nail not to. A real crisis of critical thinking skills in this country.

Let’s say your right, this has nothing to do with Trump, this has all happened during the time he was wasn’t President, but that doesn’t mean that the Dems wouldn’t use it still to go after the President.

And his supporters simply don’t care that he lies straight to their faces about releasing his taxes and then fights tooth and nail not to.

No, we don’t care about what he did before he became President.

Give it Donald, show us the returns. Let's see how totally rich and generous you are.

No, we don’t care about what he did before he became President.

Speak for yourself, bass, I certainly do. It would absolutely be beneficial to know Donald is making decisions for the good of the country and not his own self-interest.

Because the person in charge of the country should be required to show transparency as to whom they are financially beholden. Which is why all other candidates do it. All of them. It’s disingenuous to pretend that there is a need for this to be done with all private individuals.

Speak for yourself, bass, I certainly do.

That won’t happen anytime soon, thankfully.

It would absolutely be beneficial to know Donald is making decisions for the good of the country and not his own self-interest.

That made absolutely no sense whatsoever. Of course it has absolutely nothing to do with his decision making concerning his taxes. Come on now.

-10 ( +0 / -10 )

So. He can dish it out but he can't take it.

How... mature.

5 ( +6 / -1 )

That won’t happen anytime soon, thankfully.

lol Why thankfully? Its almost as if you know exactly what a crook the president is.

That made absolutely no sense whatsoever. Of course it has absolutely nothing to do with his decision making concerning his taxes.

lolololol Back at you. You seem to think that the period between his presidency and before are somehow separate. They're not. Why do you think the FBI runs a credit check on applicants?

This coming from a pro harasser. Makes me want to roll my eyes.

6 ( +6 / -0 )

The guy that said on sixteen different occasions that he would release his tax returns, is going to allege that he is being harassed for being required to release his tax returns...

And this Moron has the nuclear button....

8 ( +8 / -0 )

liberals actually counted the number of times he supposedly said he would release his tax returns.

Things are just fine if you have time for that.

-9 ( +0 / -9 )

He doesn’t have to, the haters just won’t be lucky......again.

It’s sad that you truly believe this is a logical conclusion.

Of course it has absolutely nothing to do with his decision making concerning his taxes.

It’s not “of course” at all.

Trump in 2016: "Mexico will pay for the wall, mark my words, mark my words". and "I just grab 'em by the &^%"*

Trump in 2020: "I never said Mexico will pay for the wall - and I ever said those comments on the Access Hollywood tape. If you say I said those things, then I'm the one being harassed"....

Makes sense, right?

None of them had an impact on his election or Mexico concerting his tax returns. So this is what keeps liberals awake at night? Taxes from before his Presidency? Lol

-9 ( +0 / -9 )

I don't need to see tax returns to know Trump is a loser.

Donald 2016: "I have ZERO business interests in Russia"

Don Jr/Eric 2014: "We get all the money we need from Russia"

One of these two is lying. Could it be the guy that is trying (and failing) to keep his tax returns secret?

6 ( +6 / -0 )

It could be that 2014 and 2016 are different years.

and Trump and his sons are different people, involved in different things.

but nah. keep the narrative going, its all you have. 15 point Biden lead!

-9 ( +0 / -9 )

I don't need to see tax returns to know Trump is a loser.

I think the people losing sleep and trying to work overtime on tax payer time to get Trump’s taxes are the real sad losers.

-10 ( +0 / -10 )

It could be that 2014 and 2016 are different years.

Nope, don't think so....

and Trump and his sons are different people, involved in different things.

Don Jr and Eric were both talking about the Trump Organization....

but nah. keep the narrative going, its all you have. 15 point Biden lead!

And getting larger each day... We also have Trump, saying things like; "They are dying, because they can't do what they are doing".... That's a real gift...or should I say gaffe...

So, who was lying?

I think the people losing sleep and trying to work overtime on tax payer time to get Trump’s taxes are the real sad losers.

Just think about the Loser that is paying his lawyers millions to keep them secret...

5 ( +5 / -0 )

He doesn’t have to, the haters just won’t be lucky......again.

He doesn't have to, but his accountant does. That was the whole point of the supreme court rulings. He lost. He has to submit them.

6 ( +7 / -1 )

I could care less what Hillary and the Democrats pay to keep their secrets. But anyway, the great thing concerning Trump is, at least the Dems won't get anything for a very long time and even then, it might not be this year and into his second term? Maybe, maybe not....

-8 ( +0 / -8 )

His tax returns didn't stop when he became president. Maybe if he hadn't made such big boasting about his wealth the matter wouldn't have attached so much importance.

Which in the reality doesn't matter one bit.

Did he lie to the American people is the issue, more so than his tax returns.

I don't know and don't care as do most people except Trump haters. They need to get over it, it's not the end of the world.

-8 ( +0 / -8 )

And to be fair, that goes for any President regardless of the political fence they sit on. Medical maybe, taxes, don't care.

-7 ( +0 / -7 )

at least the Dems won't get anything for a very long time and even then, it might not be this year and into his second term?

Lol Again, you keep saying this, but why are transparency and accountability bad? Why shouldn't the SDNY, at the very least, be able to access his tax returns?

5 ( +5 / -0 )

And to be fair, that goes for any President regardless of the political fence they sit on. Medical maybe, taxes, don't care.

That is frankly the most absurd thing I've ever read. Conflict of interest? Don't care. Indebted to foreign lenders? I don't care. Tax friend? I don't care. Seems to me that you believe presidents are king, as if they aren't accountable to anyone.

Donald won't be president forever. If this is the precedent you want to set, what will you do when you feel the next president needs more oversight, shrug your shoulders and say, "I don't care?"

6 ( +6 / -0 )

Nothing wrong with transparency, but I don't care how much a President makes, never did and never even gave it a thought unil Democrats went wild with their Jihad against Trump to find any little thing they can about him in order to use it to their political advantage. If Biden President and the GOP would pester him about what he did in his private life, I would feel the same.

@zichi

"Did he lie to the American people is the issue, more so than his tax returns."

@bass

"I don't know and don't care as do most people except Trump haters. They need to get over it, it's not the end of the world."

You seriously just typed that...one of the most important officials in our country who is known for lying through his teeth and you're willing to let it slide?
